Do we have any information yet on when WOT TWEAKER will be available? Has Milbarge said anything yet about his MOD being ready for use

i had a 7.4 version available about 8 hours after the first test server was up...
Millbarge's Slow PC Pack
It has now been fairly well tested and is good to go.

and for some reason I don;t have permissions to follow your link. Can you add an off board one? I tried to look it up on google and couldn't find it. curseforge is blank.

Millbarge apparently between four letter words is holding his breath till he turns blue... he also removed it from curse.
Just do a internet search for WOT TWEAKER for 7.4 do some digging and you will find it, it works well.
