As usual, I think #2 should have won it. It looks exactly like the in-game model. Nice job everyone !

EDIT: The paint for the winner's model looks very bright and tacky. Also, anyone notice that [ACA] has 100 members, and exactly 99 voted for the winner? (Not wanting to make anything negative, just pointing it out)  My favorite is the Hetzer by Seras_Victor. The camouflage looks spot on  as it looks in game, and it's a Hetzer™ come on that thing is a trademark symbol of World of Tanks.

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing. It looks like a die-cast model of a Tiger II that was just stripped of the paint and then repainted poorly

I think I liked the micro pz4 at the bottom the best.. That thing is TINY.

And I agree.. I think the winner is probably the worst of the bunch, and most of the votes were probably clan votes.

if you had seen the original post for the tiger 2, then you would have seen that he BUILT THE WHOLE THING FROM SCRATCH

he cut the metal, shaped it, welded it all together. Hell, I voted for that one.

He (in my opinion) put the most effort into his model.

Sure he sucks at painting, but he is a hell of a metallurgist and he knows what he's doing when it comes to building things.

So give him a break, I didnt see any of YOU make any massive metal tiger two's

The model looked mediocre at best. It looked like the paint was taken off with sand-paper or a sand-blaster, repainted and then his clan farmed votes for him. Really, I think the 2nd place model should've won, and it's dishonorable to farm votes from either friends, or clanmates. -1 to ACA . Just because it wasn't made of plastic or paper, doesn't make it anything special. I have a die-cast model of a King Tiger, could sand-paper it, repaint it to look like a Christmas camouflage, and ask my clan to give me votes to win.

EDIT: If someone can show me photos of this person shaping the metal, then I will change my opinion

why so much hate for the first model. It looks to me like minus the fact that they picked terrible camo to paint it, that the person Agentvs seems to have spent a lot of time making it from scratch. I don't spend much time in the forums, I prefer to shoot people in battles, so I missed the voting but isn't it clear that Agentvs spent a lot of time building that from metal, while the people that were winners all built theirs from plastic model kits that anyone could have put together? would like to see the model kit builders build the KT out of medal, or their luchs, hezters or PZIVs....

I hate to burst your bubble, but Argentvs got at least one vote from outside his clan. I watched his documentary as he built it from SCRATCH. With enough time and glue, anyone can build a kit. I've built some that I was mighty pleased with. Starting from the point of scaling drawings, to cutting, bending shaping and welding metal is a whole other art form. It's unfortunate that his paint was a bit lacking, but I think that some of the camo options in the game are pretty ugly too. I'd like to see what he could do if he stripped it and repainted it in a less rushed manner!

Ak73 definitely should have won, his model is incredible. No offence to the actual winner but Ak's final product was much better looking.

Actually ACA has 200 members due our second division ACA-T. And no, wasnt just 99 votes, i counted 140 negative votes, every day i lost 30 votes while other modell won those 30 votes. The last day my 82 votes fall to 67 while the second had 63 and then rises to 81. The negative vote in this contest didnt let to people see how many real votes had every modell.
