I don't think the remove garage hanger option is working with premium garages.

Sucks your mod is going to be removed from the forums, looks like it would help a lot of players!

I doubt they will remove my mod., since Wargaming.net themselves approved it.

By the way could you throw up the current version number in the thread title or such so we know which one to have installed. I think right now its v1.9

we need proof of this and process for applying for approval.

several mod programs got wiped that are really helpful to the modding community, like WoT tank viewer

Hey I hope so this mod looks really useful, however that announcement seemed adamant in the fact that all links to programs are banned. What's to stop you or someone that hacked your account, from mixing in some malicious code in the next update? Just trying to raise awareness about the silly issue is all.

Whats to stop is because his program is open sourced. Hence why its open sourced.

No need to get all defensive I don't mean anything negative toward the author(s), the question you answered wasn't really a question, it was more of a statement. I will reply to your msg anyway. Being open-source doesn't help when anyone with access to his account/web-server could share malicious code by doing a simple phishing scam or changing the data on the websvr. Not many people would be the wiser and by then it might have been downloaded by a lot of end-users who don't have a clue about viruses or python.

So do you apply for approval for every revision? Do they post the link for you or something?

You're correct, the current version is 1.9. I apologize for the multiple threads on this one app. It was a poor decision on my part, and if I could delete all but one thread to avoid confusion I would love to, but there seems to be no way to remove threads, even if you have posted them yourself.

I do not seek approval for every revision, and they do not post the link for me. They do however, as you know, moderate these forums and know that my app has been approved, and if they had a problem with newer versions, I assume they would have contacted me.

And I'm sure they check your program for malicious code daily. Anyway, thanks for answering my questions.

The best I can do to gain everyone's trust, is provide the source code as an optional download from now on. This will allow you to review the code yourself to make sure it doesn't contain any malicious code, then you can compile it yourself and have a version you feel safe with ...then you can repeat this process every time I update :P

I realize the average user does not want to or even knows how to do this, which is why I've started making my app. available in a stand-alone setup file. You can't please everyone, ya know? If anyone is that afraid of downloading malicious content they have the option of not using my app. in the first place. I have made my app. available to the WoT community to help others, not screw anyone. I hope they realize this. One look at my personal blog will tell you I'm just a geek, not a criminal or malicious person. :D

WOW. A big sarcastic thank you to Sgt.Grunt and the SS at Wargaming.net. You told me yourselves I was allowed to post about my app. Now you've banned it. Like others have stated before me, you encourage modding then punish those who do it. Sweet deal!  :facepalmic: You are not encouraging anyone to even play your game with these actions. I've seen forums go this route in the past, and don't care if I get banned. Quite frankly, I don't know if I even want to play the game anymore. If any players still want to get my app. Just PM me. I'll direct players to my blog for as long as I can before I get banned from this forum (of the Third Reich).
