What will the British be like?

If we say that the Russians have the firepower, low tier French have armor and high tier french have speed and rate of fire, and the Germans have the accuracy, then what will the British exceed at? Rate of fire, armor, or will they be a medium mix of all, not exceeding at anything but not lagging behind?
And also, what do American's exceed at?

From just the premiums, they will have good armor and rate of fire, but mayby low pen. High teir will be similar to Americans mayby, or a cross of American and German, but we can't tell till they release the stats.

British tree in a nut shell? 57mm spam. I.E. see Churchill LL
On a serious note, guns for the brit tree will probably be of the high pen and rof, but low damage.

Heavies I predict very high armour and low speed. Mediums will be the other way around entirely. Both should get high-decent pen but low damage. My idea with the pen is that at the tier they're introduced (such as 6pdr at tier 4, 17pdr at tier 6ish), the pen will be high, but they will retain the same guns for a lnog time.

I recall one of the devs stating that the British would be the "armor" faction, so expect a lot of that in exchange for(some) gun power.

The British firefly should have mobility range, damage and penetration, but paper soft armor.

SerB said that the Commonwealth/British will be known for their thick armor. Saw this at a YAWR post, don't remember.

So the British would be the noob faction? Whoa, I can foresee some British heavies being the next easiest kill for my Soviet meds next to the Tiger II!

The firefly would be a lot like the M4A3E8, but heavier armor and a 17 pounder anti tank gun. Anyone know when british will have their own tech tree?
They have not released a official one yet. The one buzzing around is a pre-alpha one, and has been verified that it is not what we are getting be the moving of the firefly to a non-premium status. But chances are it will place in at tier 6.

Well, we will probably see the tech tree then, but we will not actually get them for some time.

Actually, I think the Tortise was the only image they released. Unless there's some on the Russian site I haven't seen. Recall hearing that WG learned its lesson this time around, and won't be releasing the tech tree until about 1-2 months before the faction is actually released.

There are already a number of tank models in game in the form of the lend lease premium British tanks.

dev's have hinted we will start seeing information on the tech tree soon as 7.3 is released

When, if at all, will we be getting any information on the anticipated British tank tree?
We probably won’t release any additional information this month, but we may start to trickle out some more previews in the following months.

On my tree, I have developed it somewhat like this:
Heavy: Well armored, well armed, good accuracy, passable mobility
Medium: Mobile, decently armed (low alpha-high pen), accurate, armor typically average for tier
Light: There are a few archetypes in the lower tiers for the lights
Tank Destroyers: The TDs start as a line of non-turreted tanks and split into both turreted and non-turreted end tier tanks
Artillery: Smaller guns compared to peers, high HE pen, good RoF, good accuracy
Overall: RoF, Pen, Accuracy, Armor - These are the British strong points on my tree.
Of course, Wargaming has different plans. With them, everything is always up in the air, so any postulation right now is meaningless.

- Valentine line: Weakly armored until the Valentine, relies on the 2pdr
- Crusader line: Mobile combat scouts - average armor for tier, good mobility, good guns
- Tetrarch line: A short, glass cannon-ish line that folds into the tier 3 Alecto TD - weak armor, great guns, great accuracy, good speed
