No vehicles of such type are scheduled currently for implementation in the game, though we do plan to add Commander Vehicles for CW, if you are interest in new types of tanks. You can get an idea of how they will look in the following photo:

there is no pic there.

Interesting thread, I noticed in it you mentioned something about a commander vehicle and it said shown here: but then the link to the picture is either missing or doesn't work can this be posted?

Thanks.

Will wheeled armored vehicles ever be available? Maybe used as alternative scouts or support vehicles to deploy smoke screens and such?

They have already said you will be able to get all applicable skills but because the rate increases exponentially that will take quite some time... aka this is going to be forever.

"1) No, it want grant you visibility besides that range, but will help you to find camouflaged enemies, if you already have a 500m visibility range. Yes, it’s supposed to compensate more or less damaged opticts."

You know it will be way easier just to say , this skill won't let you see beyond 500 yard/m range but it will help you better see/detect camouflaged tanks (that I do understand) . Now the 2nd part , what does that mean ? So you get a higher bonus from damaged optics ? Also does the optic even help you detect tanks ? It will be nice if the formula is out that the difference between a damage/destroyed optic compare to a working optic. Also so you see better with this skill on a damaged optic or you see better with this skill on a working optic?

"3) In current version, it won’t work if your vehicle is immobile"

So if the bottom line is that when you ram someone (besides your teammate) this skill will work ? But when you are not moving this skill gives no bonus at all ?

Can't wait till that "critical hits for no damage" thing fixed , hate it when I use a T95 155mm shooting at a tiny 2801/1602/T-50-2/13 75/1390 and only tracks him but no damage (come on even if it's AP it still have explosion effects right? )

Also thank you for your time on answering these.

So with the hunch perk, an arty could fire twice in a row if it had a regular HE and a gold round selected for next reload?

Tracking a tank should compensate.I never see xp/coin for tracking tanks yet imo i think if i just broke the track it should count for damage.Hence "broke" :P

:o I also feel that putting a tier 5-6 in a match with tier 9-10 tanks is insane as we cant pen them nor can we get any damage on them,so in other words we are just (meat) xp/coin for higher tier tanks.I dont see the fairness in that at all,we die they collect,we pay repair bill and ammo replacement and gain nothing! Will there be any changes in these matters or do we just "have" to get tiers 7-10 to play and not own any tiers below 7 because match maker dont play fair 9 out of 10 battles?

:Smile-hiding: Now the Type 59 be it no longer for sale is seriously one of those tanks that when you see them in the line up you might as well shoot yerself because its way OP and is going to rule the field.Cant get ahead with those in battles against you.Slowing them down at least would be a good start!:Smile-hiding:

Was German accuracy nerfed in the 7.2 Test? The L/100 barrel guns are FAR from .26-.28 now. .30-.33? I hope this is just for the test...

I did find this part intresting.

What happens to IS-7 in 7.3?

It remains in place, but will receive some rebalancing if needed.

How many times has it be rebalance total?

i see your responses to good questions is getting worse, people have been trying to help you make a better game, but you wish keep on destroying yourselves, its really old being told one thing and seeing it on the battlefield,if you would quite spending so much time trying to handicapp german and french armour, you would be doing alot better as far as sales, but, you continue doing whatever you are doing,im just 1 voice

1) Commander (Eagle Eye) says that it  grants a higher maximum view range, does this allow a player to render  enemy tanks beyond the 500m hard limit? Also it claims to be "more"  effective if the vehicle's optics are damaged, is this supposed to mean  it compensates for a vehicle's optics being knocked out, or that it  actually provides an even larger bonus if optics are damaged? The latter  seems counter-intuitive
1) No, it want grant you visibility besides that range, but will help  you to find camouflaged enemies, if you already have a 500m visibility  range. Yes, it’s supposed to compensate more or less damaged opticts.

I assume this is really about RECON (on Test Server) and not EAGLE EYE.  I am interpreting the rest this way.  If you have under 500m MVR then you get some unstated bonus % added to the your range and if you optics get damaged it will compensate thus..... (10% number is made up for purpose of example).....

Assumed 10% bonus for the Recon skill of 100%:

Normal MVR = 400m
Recon Skill Bonus (Max skill %) = 40m
Coated Optic Bonus(10%) = 44m
---------------------------------------------------------------
Total healthy & Undamaged new MVR = 484m

With Damaged Optics also with assumed 10% bonus for the Recon skill of 100% :

Normal Damaged MVR = 200m
Recon Skill Bonus (Max skill %) = 240m (compensating for damaged Optics)
Coated Optic Bonus(10%) = 44m
---------------------------------------------------------------
Total healthy & Undamaged new MVR = 484m

or is it .......

With Damaged Optics also with
assumed 10% bonus for the Recon skill of 100% :

Normal Damaged MVR = 200m
Recon Skill Bonus (Max skill %) = 200m (compensating for damaged Optics but loss of bonus)
Coated Optic Bonus(10%) = 40m
---------------------------------------------------------------
Total healthy & Undamaged new MVR = 440m

3)Driver (Ramming Master) says that it  doesn't apply to friendly vehicles (thank god) or immobile vehicles,  does this mean that if a player with this skill rams a "parked" enemy he  receives no bonus, or does it mean that if the player with this skill  is "parked" and rammed by an enemy he doesn't receive the damage  reduction? If either of these turn out to be true, this skill seems to  reward opponents who sit still, and penalize the person with the skill  for doing the same...
3) In current version, it won’t work if your vehicle is immobile.

I assume this is CONTROLLED IMPACT (on test server)  skill which from what you said I interpret this to mean this way.  This skill is only active if your tank is moving ( makes sense since that the only time the Driver is doing anything )  So in the above description the tank being referred to as immobile is your own but that would be redundant because you must be in motion to Ram another vehicle anyways, you can be Rammed but is a different thing and since the tank is not in motion the driver has no effect on anything.  But now on the test server the pop up description says " This skill is effective only while both vehicles are in motion..."  This clearly states that Your Tank & The Enemy Tank must both be moving!  Which would seem to mean that in the above description that the immobile vehicles is referring to both involved in the ram ( the Rammer and the Ramie). This has to be an error because it is silly that the tank being rammed has to be in motion and makes no logical sense.

With the new crew skills being  introduced, will Accelerating experience help with gaining those  skills?  Currently it does not seem to help, yet in this Q&A  session, you specifically state it should be used toward these means.

As far as I remember, accelerating experience just gives additional  XP to a crew member. And it does not take into account whether you  distribute it on crew member specialization or a skill. So it should  work. We can look into this to give you a more firm answer next time.

Um wait who is answering these questions? Are you not the developers? Or at the very least have access to the Dev's to ask them to clarify it to you prior to you answering the question?  Sorry just throws me a little having "as far as I remember" being part of an answer.
