Does anybody know if there is a actual skin pack for all tanks? I'm looking for a mod that will skin as many tanks as possible so i don't have to skin them all individually.

Check Mirtankov, they have packs separated for each nation. It wont be an "all in one" but if you can download 3 files and then put them where they have to go, then you'll be happy.
