My vote is for the CBU-97

Does it have to be a vehicle mounted missile?  How about a bomb that can hit destroy 32 different armored targets?

While it is a non-powered munition, it does have two features that give it the range of a hellfire plus:
  • It has GPS guidance capability built into it's tail kit.  It can hit a reprogrammed area located uploaded with the mission data or changed on the fly by the pilot in route literally seconds before launch.
  • The munition can be released in DTOS mode by tactical aircraft.  Short version is that the pilot sets the desired impact coordinates, commands release, and pulls up hard and letting the weapons system release the munition at the right time giving the munition a ballistic arc that is corrected by the munition in flight.  Depending on the release altitude and speed munitions can be lofted 20 miles or more.
Single munition, multiple armored targets, precision engagement.

If it has to be a missile my money is on the AGM-65 maverick.  For sheer power you cannot beat a 600 lb missile traveling at 600 mph with a 300 lb warhead.  With that much force it does not matter where you hit it or what kind of armor it has, it will just tear off the turret and send it flying.

I think that is getting a little bit out of the scope of the topic. I dont think the AMG 65 really fits in the anti-tank category. Well, at least not any better than a Trident D-5. If we're strictly talking about any ol' missile, than the D-5 is king.

Um.....  The agm65 is the primary anti armor weapon of  USAF and USN aircraft.

600lb missile seems like overkill to me, but ok.

Well for infantry this thing is pretty good, the Bumbar (Bumble Bee) ATGM
Spoiler
Demonstration

For vehicle mounted, AT-3 or ALAS (specs)  penetration capability is over 800mm RHA (after ERA ofcourse)
Although I don't think there really is a king of all ATGM's because they have a similar performance

Modern IR guided Fire and Forget Top Attack ATGM..

These type of missiles will attack the weak soft Top armor of Modern MBTs with ease, allowing it to easily penetrate the thin armor, and damage the internals of the vehicles.

Some examples:
  • FGM-148 Javelin
  • Israel Spike
  • German PARS 3 LR
  • South Korean KSTAM
  • Indian NAG
  • Japanese Type 01 LMAT
Other ATGMs, like those mounted on modern Attack Helicopters, like the AGM-114 Hellfire, the British Brimstone and etc, are quite formidable even though they aren't specifically Top attack, but their dive trajectory from altitude, and higher/more powerful warhead makes up for it.

I wouldn't trust anything indigenously built in India.

See the Arjun and LCA for reasons why.

600 lbs is only with the blast frag warhead. That weight can be cut by nearly a third by using the 150lb HEAT warhead making it drop to nearly 400 lbs.

Three different guidance modes (all of which can be for and forget), massive standoff range, massive damage potential,

reminds me of the good ole days of writing up TAWS data for mission profiles for A-10's and F16CJ's. IR, TV guided or laser. mostly TV and laser guided ones from my experience as far as the maverick is concerned.

The IR ones were fun.  Sitting on the ramp in Vegas looking at the heat signatures walking around the top of the stratosphere hotel let you know just how serious of a piece of kit you were playing with.

The CAT missile has proven effective for most anti-armor needs and is cost effective so that even countries with a small defense budget can field it.
