[Tank_Buster_]

up to yesterday i had everything running smothly, then i downloaded the new patch and started moving mods around like adummy and wuala now im stuck on loading battle screen errrrr , was to;d i have to do a clean install before i mess around with the mods so here i go aging downloading the game complete client for the 2nd time toda almosta 3 hour download for me being a BONE HEAD, ect ect ect feel free to insult my stupidty , anyways i really enjoy your work and mods , so ill be back at them ASAP or until some1 figures out how to improve them and we can install them correctly

The ".pn.png" is the only way it reads if the picture is there or not and will not accept any .png files unless I rename them (even the vanilla pictures). Is there any way I can fix this?

I would move everything out of the \res_mods\0.7.4\ directory and then slowly start moving stuff over a little bit at a time. If you are upgrading from a previous version of mine, DO NOT transfer the files for the crew. WG  changed the format of the files entirely.

For me it's not allowing writing due to being "unable to find [icon name].pn.png" May be related to Dadaman's problem, but it seems to be specifically searching for files named -.pn.png for an unknown reason.

Also, while selecting a replacement icon, all the images are interspaced by a little red x "image not found" symbol. All the icons are there, as far as I can see, but there are extra spaces as well. That might clear up if I take out all the unused Targa files though. Will test straitaway.
Yeah, it was the old targas on that count. Should have cleared the folders before dumping in the new files. Sti;; dea;ing with the .pn.png problem though. Seems to be universal.

Thanks for the report. I've got a quick-fix that has fixed the problem! Replace the Crew Manager with this new one here

EDIT: Oh ya guys, if ya guys also have a name mod, copy the "text" folder from the base directory (res) and paste it to the res_mods folder, if you copy pasted from previous versions (7.3 and below) some text will be missing (eg. the "Synchronizing" text at the loading screen). and after you done the above, THEN paste the name mods (Well at least, this was how i solved it )

Hey, thanks for this mod. It's awesome! When they moved to the 7.4 patch all of my pony icons wouldn't work anymore. With this they work again! Huzzah!

Not really. Any other crew icon pack people make is totally legit by them, all this does is makes it easier. Besides, once you have altered the appearance of almost every tanker available (30 for most nations), it gets increasingly harder to get the right tankers appearance, so using gold to change it is a lot faster and more effective.

It also allows crazy combinations, if you look at the screenshot, you see an American and a Chinese crew member in a french tank, that would be impossible to spend gold to get ;)

Well, i must have won the dumbass of the year award. Tried for 2 hours to get my crew changed, did everything i thought of, and now the game doesnt even start. i have to reinstall the game from scratch now. How the fuck do you do this?
