Preview of the scope:

Installation

Step 1:
-
Go to your installation folder. Locate res folder, go inside and locate gui folder. Go into flash folder and locate file called ScopeShadow.swf
*Mind that .swf might not be presented in the file name, it is just a extension.*
-

-
Step 2:
Backup that file by renaming it to _ScopeShadow.swf. Now if you search the folder for file called ScopeShadow.swf you should have no matches. Thats all right  ;)
-

-
Step 3:
Download my custom ScopeShadow.swf from http://rapidshare.co...ScopeShadow.swf. Put the file into flash folder and launch the game!

! Warning you may receive lag when zooming for the first time !

Been waiting for this. It's supposed to be the commander's viewport right?

Interesting.

A suggestion, maybe try adding a black transition on the top and bottom, to ease the change between the texture and the black borders. :)

If you want you can remove the scope totally! I will upload the noscope files becuase if you just delete ScopeShadows.swf, you will have red screen when zoomed in or something.
