I was going to spin this topic to ignite some ideas about how to add incentive to play the lower tiers. Seems like once you get past Tier V, these little guys get no more love.
It's too bad your upper tier drivers cannot also retain their training for all the previous tanks they were trained for. I can see a clearly defined limit as to training the same crew to be proficient with all tanks in all tiers...but still, its not like once you learn how to drive a car, you forget how to ride a bike and so, retaining training for 1 tank in each tier, much less 5-9 total tanks should be no different.

tier 1 and 2 with a 100% crew is rather hillarious to go back and play every now and then, so they still get some love

I think the VK1602 Leopard is pretty sexy. I also like how the IS-3 and KT look.
