Frankly speaking, we had an idea of a hardcore mode, but in a different way, other than you depicted. For the time being, even if we remove over target markers and vehicle highlighting, there will still be a chance for cheating. As far as the shell ballistics matter is concerned, I assure that it is currently very close to the real one.
Currently in normal game mode you have to hit a vehicle from one to x times with a shell, which has a certain amount of damage, in any place you want. The main goal is just to reduce vehicles HP to 0. Module damaging chance on hit is something like 20%. This means that all modules have some kind of chance of not getting damaged after they are hit by a projectile or explosion damage.
In our opinion the future hardcore mode could consist of the following features:
        Remove critical hits on tanks.
Vehicle is destroyed only when all crew is out of service, or all modules are destroyed, or ammunition rack has exploded.
        Remove consumables and equipment
        Remove crew skills effect.
In hardcore mode there will be no need to reduce HP. Instead you will have either to damage or destroy all modules, except for the Ammo Rack (destroying Ammo Rack will result in immediate tank destruction) or wound all crew members. The chance of damaging a module on hit will be raised to 100% regardless of the scenario. This game mode would be much more difficult and require good tank knowledge.
This is only a draft of the mode and it is not a final version.

What will happen to HE shells in this "Hardcore mode" seeing that HE shells can kill crew even with just a near miss (for arty) or just by hitting the tank several times.

I have a question about tier 10 TDs and MTs. Have developers decided what will they be?

Yes, we have come to a decision, but we cannot announce what vehicles will be implemented just yet.

if that is not confirmation what is?

and were answered earlier this week!

My link

The exact same questions..................and not one about the US heavies. Considering the T110 has 500 page thread, you would think NA players would ask questions about it.

Wargaming are liars.

Will you ever reveal how much the crew skill actually influences the tank performance?
We will not disclose these numbers

so no one other than me have a problem with THIS ^

I find it slightly annoying but I guess a little bit reasonable. It would prevent players from discovering ninja nerfs and buffs, finding the statistically best set up for a tank, and finding a way to get an advantage over the game. I guess realism as well but I doubt it since this is an arcade style game. Not knowing the factors for dispersion and camo ratings are worse though. But in the end all those reasons really would not be a big factor in game play.

As for the other questions. We already have a tier 10 medium coming out, it's the T110. Tier 10 TDs are interesting but how much further down the tree can they go? You would basically need to make up German tanks and either use prototype  tanks from other nations or tanks way outside the time period that this game is going for.

Your hardcore mode would need a lot of refinement. Part of it I can see being fun but the other part not so much. Let's say playing a Lowe in hard mode with a busted engine or getting caught on fire. You are basically done for the match and would probably need to wait a while for anything to kill you. But then again I guess that's the purpose of hardcore mode.

I think one important suggestion would be to have tanks always be visible unless hiding behind hard targets like buildings. (Or restrict camera view so you can not look around buildings without actually going around the building) If it is in a bush it will be visible but since there would be no outline, it would still be difficult to see. (Minimap would also need to be removed) The most difficult thing about balancing this mode would be how much damage should a penetrating shot do. Historical examples had some tanks survive multiple hits but more commonly one penetrating shot usually killed a tank.

Hello, my question is:

when will you FINALLY get around to fixing the German tanks, so far when comparing their Guns AND armor to those of the other factions, the German equipment is MASSIVELY underpowered. For Example, when i play in my King Tiger, and i fire at a Sherman M4A3E2 with a 105mm gun, and it bounces off the frontal armor, wich is then followed by a 75mm shell being driven through my King Tigers frontal armor, it tends to irritate me. so im asking, will the German tanks EVER get the buff that they deserve?

There are plenty of creative solutions for the Germans, basically all it requires is bumping the Jagdpanzer E-100 up to T-10 and throwing down an Jagdpanzer E-50/75.
The US can use one of the many TS-X projects, the T58, or *le gasp* the 175mm gunned H3 to compete with the British Conway.
Russians get the awesome Object 268, although I do believe they have a couple 180mm gun options as well. Comes with a 152mm that is better then the BL-10. Can also use the Object 120 if you need to really reach.
I have no clue for the French.

None of those TDs are past 1955 in design, well within "limits".

Will the Churchhill and the Valentine become British Tanks in the British Tank Tree Update?

I think considering that these were the main British tanks used in the early part of the war it's a certainty that they will be in the British Tech tree.  What we really should be asking is if the Australian and Canadian Tanks will make it it into the British Tech tree.

in this post I suggested a Reality mode in which hp and damage receiving is removed, nice to see you guys are thinking of such a mode. Are you going to start implement it soon? I'd love to play it.

I just accidentally sold the wrong tank with a highly trained crew, ouch! Is there any chance you guys can put in an oops button to reverse your last sale?

Hey guys, can you tell us if you have any plans to introduce the Australian designed and built Tank the Sentinel?  Unlike many of the existing tanks in the game that never made it off the blue prints the Sentinel, though never seeing action, was in full production during the war with over 60 made and these were issued to an operational unit by the end of the war.

Hey guys, I like the automated team damage system, but it has one major flaw, when your arty shot misses the target it can take a team mate, this has occurred to me several times.  Is there any way the game can determine that you were zoomed in on the enemy and not penalize you when your shot misses and hits a friendly?

Will there be a chance for the mounting of consumeables and equipment to be changed...for instance allowing a person to carry a repair kit in all three consumeable slots? or increasing the number of slots for equipment?
