are there any ingame add ons or any type of in game tools you can download thats not already in the stock game client? besides anything that has to do with your paint jobs..

Yes, you can download reticle mods, over-target markers, and other such mods. I personally use a reticle mod and an over-target marker, just because it actually helps me. But in 7.2, the game client is going to be given an over-target marker, so you won't need to download one.
