It will be convenient to immediately see on the minimap, who is closer, but who continue to 450 m (see your shot, do not see it).

Perhaps this is more appropriate for the minimap tank destroyers.
Only a small yellow circle - 50 m - 100% limit of detection of the first - come in handy for many.
Line of sight - red beam.

The mod works properly only in a minimal amount of.
Scale for all dimensions is not yet possible.

Installation : file Minimap.swf copy to World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.7.1.1\gui\flash\

Download : Deposit, Letitbit.

hate to say it, but 99% of people in a pub match do not no what a mini map is or how to work from it.

Hmmm.. interesting.  I have not ran this mod so I can only give a review based off of what I see in the picture.

I can see the 450m cricle being a useful tool as it will allow you to readily identify on the mini-map which spotted players you will be able to target (something I waste a lot of time in game checking) because I sit back and snipe a lot.

The 50m circle will be less help becaue the minimap tank icons are not precise enough to reference close distance without completely enlarging your map screen.

I am assuming the second line farther out would be 500m "binos" range? Which is useful also.

This tool doesn't not take into account the "turrest visibilty" differences in each tank, which is the only drawback I see and would be a good reference to have also.

Am I the only one with this problem when trying to resize the minimap?

I tried and liked what it dose but it dosen't get larger with the mini map and to me I can't see the little map in the corner. The map zooms out but the mod minmap stays the same size, can you make it work with the WOT min map ZOOM feature it would be great.??..... CHEERS

Nope. The mod doesn't work at anything other than the default sizing. Oh well, hopefully someone will fix it because I can't use it at that size. The grid is how large I set the map for, the inset is how big this mod shows it.

Indeed, the default map size is verging on useless. I had high hopes for this mod, until I scrolled down, bah.

Looks like they could make the mod in diff sizes for player that want to use the mod to pick from diff zizes like the old mini map mod. I thank they where 4 diff sizes you could choose from in the old mini map mod befor WOT made the zoom feature.....CHEERS

Also, sighting range isn't based on circles.  It's based on a big square (easier for the server to do the math.)

Incorrect, spotting range and radio range are circular. It's draw distance that's a square

It could work if the maker made 4 diff sizes like the old mod mini maps MOD was. Then all you have to do is pick the mini map for your liking, then all you do is zoom out to the limits of the WOT's zoom frame of the size Mod mini map you picked. I use the largest zoom so I can see when more than one tank is in a bunch "EXAMPLE" when the mini map is 1 tank could be a pack of Five, but zoomed out it shows more than one ;)...CHEERS
