Since Im kind of new to this downloading mod stuff. How do I import this mod? Do I have to save it inside of the 7.3 folder or something. Because I tried to cut and paste the data in there but still nothing? Any help.

Extract the zip to your desktop and Copy gui folder into res_mods/0.7.3 folder

Thanks for fixing the range marker. And thanks for the mod; I like the no-frills approach.
I've notice one small quirk. In sniper mode, the reload time (in white) shows zero seconds until after my first shot, then it matches the display in arcade mode. Artillery mode display matches arcade mode, including before my first shot.

I dont knwo it this would be possible, but could you look into the feasibility of adding a damage counter to this mod? Something that tallies up the damage you have done during a battle

It's not possible to have global variables that carry the number from the vehiclesmarkermanager mod into this mod.
I could however put how much damage you have taken into it, similar to damage panel mods.

Great simple mod.
One little thing I just noticed, tho: the timer seems to be disabled during replays (all I get is a "0" in place of the countdown).
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix?

The mod uses a duration field sent by the server, during replays there is no server activity so this can't be fixed client side.
The duration field is in place to prevent loading hacks I believe.

Already +1ed this, as, to me, this is one of the two most important mods I use: this and the Scope Shadow Removal mod. Wish I could +1 again ... Oh wait, I can +1 some of your other posts ...
That would be cool I have seen other mods that do this. Though I'd love to see damage inflicted (just haven't looked into other mods yet), seeing damage incurred would be great as well. So if you get the time ...

Also, all seems to be working for me for 7.4 so far. I just copied and pasted the same files to the 7.4 folder.

Working properly for 7.4, no update needed as far as I can tell. As with before if anyone notices any new content this reticle doesn't have then please do let me know
