In a bad way. Ground out 63k to get this gun, was excited, and the gun did a total of 0 damage with 2 shots at a charging lowe. I then proceeded to drop my pants and take lowe in my rear. Seriously, under what circumstance would a 152 mm shell that penetrates fail to damage the tank. Instead of "reducing" 0 damage crits like the devs have been saying they should REMOVE them. You literally cannot damage a module inside the tank without damaging the tank. It's just physically impossible.

tl;dr Why u do 0 damage bl10??!!

yea unfortunately the BL-10 was one of the guns that the devs butchered to complete uselessness in 7.2. The .41 accuracy is a joke honestly. I had the BL-10 on my ISU-152 and actually ended up selling that piece of crap after getting a multitude of misses/0 damage penn shots. I wish they just would have left the accuracy on it alone along with a slight reload time decrease (like .5 rounds a second and not the crap speed decrease of 1.5 seconds) Hopefully there going to attempt to fix it in 7.3 but im doubting it.

and RNG is your friend/enemy depending on how it feels. 1) HE nerf, maybe?
2) You don't know where to aim. tracks always give you a critical hit, except for the top center side-on, in which you have a 50-50 chance or 0 damage.

They didn't change a thing, just how it's displayed.

Well, after about 10 or so battles I am just about ready to chuck something at the devs. They did implement a fix in 7.2 for 0 damage crits. It is called "change the sound files, comrade" so now it doesn't say anything when this shit happens. Hate how they sweep it under the rug and expect people to not complain.

WRONG, bl-10 is 152mm

Exactly what he said. Today, I simply gave up on my 704. All night, the gun would hit anywhere but the part I was aiming.

Yesterday, I landed 7 shots in a row across El Halluf valley, each hitting pretty darn near the center of the reticle.

If Lady BL-10 misbehaves, I let her rest for the day and go play another tank. Helps the frustration level go down :)

the BL-10 was buggy was before 7.2. the T30's gun was even worse when it was a heavy, but seems ok now


it does make you not want to even play it after awhile. every gun does random things sometimes, like bouncing off an arty or whatever, but when its like 40% of your shots, or 5 in a row or something extreme like that it really makes the game no fun at all

There are a couple situations where HE is the better choice. Problem is you won't know until you already need to shoot so at best its a follow up round.

Example: T95 facing you at range or hull down T30 at range.

As mentioned, the BL10 can be fickle.

Heck, I had a game where I bounced/0 damage 4-shots at the side of an E-75.  But, in the same match, I hit a Maus and IS-7 for over 800 multiple times.

Sometimes sniping at a distance the round will always hit at the edge of the aiming circle, and sometimes it will always hit near the center.

That's just the way it is. RNG just seems to be a bit more 'wild' for the BL-10, both in accuracy and pen, than most other guns.

Honestly, though, in my experience it is still a powerful and useful gun that hits and damages much more often than it doesn't.  Of course, the times it doesnt are the times that make you aware of it.

My ISU is my favorite tank so far. I love hitting Tier 9 and Tier 10 tanks for 1/3 to 1/2 of their HP in one shot.

RNG shouldn't be as hard on the TD line.  They are truly at a disadvantage to begin with...  Had two "They're Hit" and it didn't do .... on a 13-90.  He just kept on driving and got up beside me, end of story.  Lame.

Forcestorm is correct.  Your stats are still the exact same.  7.1 just displayed values at 133%(Crew+Vents+Consumable) where 7.2 displays the stats at, strictly, 100% crew.

I just came back from a 3-4 month break and the number of no damage shots is just crazy.  I was on mines and me and another object were 50 meters away from each other laughing at the no damage hits we were doing to each other.  Aim at star -> Shoot -> "He's Hit!!!" -> No damage  -> No Mark.  I did no damage 3 shots in a row, him 5.  I honestly think there is a bug in the code chain that causes it not to get to the damage portion or the display portion because neither one of us had marks where we hit(were hit).
