Ok I played the test server (all public ones) and been playing alot with my type 59 and I must say with clutch braking researched my type 59 is very nimble (much more the it use to be). Though it seems to have slightly better 'get up and go' as well but that might just be me? Either way the clutch braking makes a big difference and I recommend everyone to get it.

Clutch braking in my IS4 is EPIC! No longer do I make slow roundabout turns to get where I need to go, I just spin in place like a top!

I got to tell my gunner to lay off the break fluid again.
clutch braking here I come, if we still have break fluid still

Does clutch braking work for TDs?
I used it during public tests (all 3 of them) on JT and T95 with a slight noticeable increase (not as much as with my type 59 though) and since you must turn your tank to aim I would say its wise to research it....it can't hurt =)

I have clutch breaking at 75% on my Type 59 and it is simply wonderful.

With off-road driving and clutch breaking at 100 percent the type-59 drives like it did before it was nerfed. Clutch breaking makes any tank feel much more nimble, I mean any tank. I have found the tank clutch breaking has made the biggest difference for me on is the t-34 to make up for its slow turning and turret traverse. Although having clutch breaking and off-road driver on the t-50-2 is so much fun you almost don't slow down turning.
