I was looking at the full USSR tech tree, and under premuim tanks I found a tank named SU-100Y, does anyone know what the Y means or the difference from the SU-100Y and the regular SU-100 is?

Just an experimental AT-SPG built on the chassis of an experimental T-100 tank (The one tested in Finland along with KV-1 and SMK).

Well, you can easily tell from the picture it`s going to be different than the SU-100... I`m guessing it`ll mostly be armor values, speed and manueverability and possibly a new gun or something... oh yeah, camo values`ll be different

Its gonna be a premium TD with a 130mm gun. No idea about the armor, but I'm sure it will be incredibly fun.

Yeah, the updated tech tree has it coloured the same as the TDs so it must be a Premium TD.
130mm should be lower power than the S-70, its an earlier model of 130mm.

The SU-100Y was a self-propelled gun version of the T-100 heavy tank. My guess it would be a tier 8 premium Tank Destroyer.

All I can say it's just added to avoid confusion, or so that the SU-100 and SU-100Y will be differentiated.

That SU-100-Y looks freaking Silly, it looks like a mix between a KV-2/SU-14/SU-100 all combined into one tank.

Yeah, if its a T8 premium then its going to need a gun with stats similar to S-70.
Big profile, barely any armor & not likely to be fast -> gotta have great gun power.

T100 is a significantly bigger hull & thats a significantly bigger superstructure than KV2.
