T34 is a freaking Joke

The only problem/s with the T34 is
Money - Doesnt make the same money as all other gold tanks
If this tank made 30-60k per game like a Lowe, Type 59, etc.etc.... people would be fine with it

How funny, a T34 driver and myself in a Lowe just pretty much saved the day for our team... I've been one-shot several times by t34 drivers in my IS3. If there were four of you, two teams of two with alternating shots would be devastating....
The gun on this thing and the 110 are pretty much the only guns that make me pee a little...
Since so many t34 drivers had to earn the tanks there are a LOT of great T34 drivers out there that really now how to use this tank and bring the pain
The gun seems awesome enough to me to make up for anything else...

Quoting for truth. The gun allows you to have a disproportionate influence on the outcome of the game. I mean, you're a Tier 8 who can hull-down and fight a Maus like a baus, given the chance (I was given the chance, but our IS-7 had lemminged the other side). What this means is that you can help clean up their high-tiers, and then let your own high-tiers mop up the low tiers, while STILL being effective against your same-tier counterparts. However, the slow movement and longer reload mean that you have to be methodical in assaulting/defending and always abuse your lulzy turret armor. You WILL lose a blitzkrieg-style fight, so don't get caught in one.

I thoroughly encourage any and all T-34 players even slightly unhappy with it to sell it at first opportunity.
The less T8 tanks with that gun the better for me.

the t34 needs to be played like a kv with the 152, get a nice spot, wait for someone to show up then spread some love and go back to cover.
never go in the front of the attack, only exeption to this rule is if there is a good hull down spot, no close combat (avoid the death circle),arty cant get you (as dumb as this rule sounds people keep thinking "i will go hull down and i am invincible" to bad that arty shots more often than not intead of hitting the mantelet they will hit your cristal hull or roof and your tank will go boom)
the tank could use a little aim time and rate of fire buff, after all the cristal hull and the lol turret traverce are more than enought drawbacks to justify a better gun when compare to other premium tanks.

like i said earlier, it's a tier 8 tank, not a tier 9 anymore, so for its tier it performs sufficiently

I still like the T34 now. Its a nice challenge because my style of play is speed and the T34...... very slow now especially with its turret. To me it just feels sluggish, and tends to take shells hard. I def do not think it is overpowered and think it fits in well as a premium tier 8

Having played the t34 with the 120 before the patch and after the patch, I honestly don't feel much difference in changes. I do notice a slight increase in aim time and reload, but overall, it isn't some game breaking large amount imo. A simple adjustment mentally, and I'm still out there picking fights with the t9s and t10s. It is the only t8 tank I can say I'll comfortably do it too.
As for income, learn to shoot better. Fifty to sixty thousand credits is pretty common for me. Bumping to 100 or higher is also possible as I've done it a quite a few times.

@OP.
T34 is great if you know how to drive it. It is a support tank.
I like it a lot and I am doing alright with it.
It seems that it does not suit your style which means it is not a bad tank at all just, that it is bad for you!

First off,the T-34 shouldnt even be classified as a heavy tank.About the only way to play this tank is to use it as a sniper because of the gun.The armor is worse than a joke. Now that said, why would I want to use a T-34 to TD,when I get better performance out of the the T-30.I do make money on it,but armor needs to be at least as good as a lowe, and BTW it appears the lowe has had a nerf.I got my motor blasted out in at least half my battlels today and didnt see this happening before maintainance.Others I asked said they noticed the Lowe seems to be different and are also experiencing motor knock out problems that are off the wall bad.The only heavy tank that made the american patch worth while was the T-110.The T-103 stinks and is being sold sold as much or more than its being kept from people I have talked to. I sold mine too.No room for such a lousy tier 9 in my garage. No one wants to play the worst tier nine in the game.

well it may be considered a support tank. The only thing you can do with it is TD.The turret is too slow and the armor is off the scale rediculous.Whoever came up with heavy tanks as being support tanks....WG????. Heavies are not support tanks and they shouldnt be implied as being so in a game if they want it to be half accurate.Mediums are the support tanks, always have been, both in game and in WW2.You cant go to battle with your top tier tank in the heavy class being a support tank and go up against a german or russian tank and expect to win inless you have fortune on yer side.

You must not have played your t34 prior to this then. The armor of this tank hasn't changed at all from t9 to t8. It is still as armored as it always was. Blame the US for it. This was after all, a prototype tank that never saw serial production. In the face of war, there are no hitpoints. It is a game of who sees who first. An accurate gun and better sights will win you more fights. Especially with today's wide array of anti-tank equipment, armor isn't really of much use in today's battlefield. The t30 was also a support tank, and yet it was often used in clan wars. Learn to play better is all I can say. The T34 wasn't horrible at t9, and it definately isn't bad at t8. It kind of puts both the lowe and type to shame honestly.
