Hello Gamers!

I make these topics every now and then to see if the next tank is really worth to be excited about.  And in this case (in the title) is my new next tank.  I thank you for your patience and time to help out.  I just made this thread so in the future when I get it I can look over this thread again.
Questions
1. Is this tank a good credit earner
2. Which do you think (85mm cannon and 100mm cannon) suits to which play style ,and the good and bad
3. Does this tank have a good average speed or is it more maneuverable or both
4. Does the Match Maker give this tank good battles or do I end up in high tier battles most of the time
5. What should be my upgrade path?
6. What kind of additional modules should I add to this tank?

Also strategies and tips would be gladly accepted.   :Smile_great:

1-If you don't suck.
2-Both are good. 85mm is for the mobile medium. 100mm is for the peek-a-boo in close quarters.
3-A little of both. It felt a bit sluggish at first, but it got better.
4-High tier unfortunately.
5-85mm Zis S-53 --> T-34-85 extended turret --> 100mm D10T or 85mm D5T-85BM If you want to grind past quickly. The tracks don't add much. Researching them is optional.
6-Rammer is a must. GLD is optional since you're probably not going to stay still for long. This is actually one of the few tanks I'd recommend Cyclone Filter and Fill Tanks with CO2. Early on my engine and fuel tanks kept getting hit, and it turned the thing into a drunken slug. So Rammer, GLD, maybe Vents. Rammer, GLD, Cyclone. Rammer, Cyclone, CO2. Not sure if it was just me, but it was that serious.

Consumables-Fire extinguisher, Small First Aid Kit, Repair kit.

That's off the top of my head.

1. Haven't played it since the patch, however, as long as you get 2-3 pen'ing shots you should still earn credits.
2. 100mm - see next answer
3. It's pretty slow for a medium, as such I would use the 100mm as it gives you the best chance to do damage and less time exposed.
4. There aren't any t6's that get good matchmaking, sorry :(
5. 85 > Turret > 100mm > Tracks or Engine
6. Rammer, Vents... whatever. This is the first Russian medium that has a pretty vulnerable ammo rack with the upgraded turret, so a Wet Ammo Rack can be useful if you notice you're getting racked a lot but the third is really just preference.

General strategy with my 34/85 was learning the various hull down choke point locations on the maps that have them, and utilize those as your upgraded turret has a very low profile and relatively high armor. You are still fast enough to get to some here and there before anyone gets there, so take a few potshots at people who might pop up in those locations and wait for your heavy support to get there.

Once your heavies get there, support them, hull down with them in front etc. For almost all the matches you do get in, you should still be able to pen a fair few heavies from the front (t5-t7 is possible) with the 100mm and a few t8's with the right angles(or R2D2's).

Get used to using the gun, as you'll be using it for both the T-43 and the T-44(until the LB-1).
