Ever Been Bored on a Friday Night, Not much on T.V, Not Old Enough, or don't have anyone to go with you to go to the Local Pub/Club? Want to spend those days doing something else, something different than girding away in those Pub Battles or Company Battles?

We at World Of Tanks Friday Night games know exactly how you feel and that's why we are here to bring you back some fun into your games within World Of Tanks.

How do we plan to do that you might ask? Well to that, we plan to bring you a bunch of Mini Games ranging from tanks in tiers 2-4's though to those in tier 10's. These Mini games will be held each Friday night with the first starting in a few months time. (Starting date to be Decided).

Currently we have only a few mini games in mind, if you have a idea that you want to bring to the table, then shoot me a Personal Message or post it on the website (watch this Space). Ideas that a brought up no matter how stupid they might sound get a test drive, if it turns out to be a hit, then it stays if it fails then its hardly ran (if at all) again.

More Information Will Be Posted Shortly so stay tuned.

Maybe 3-4 months ago, but now that the football has started, there is always something to do on Friday night.

Can you elaborate a little on what you mean by mini games?

Do you mean doing stuff like races in training rooms and such?

By mini games its simply just small fun games consisting of however number of people that show up. Some that we have planned at  the present time are:

Demolition Derby which is tier 4 and under tanks that's job is to kill the enemy solely by ramming.

Cat and mouse where one team is filled up with Teir 3 and under and the opposing is tier 4s who has to ram the lower tanks who have x amount of minutes to survive.

there are more just need to check the list that I have when home from work.


To your second question they will be in training rooms and were also considering prizes for the winner this will be sorted and decided in the next meeting with the current helpers.

well not everyone is into the football that is on Friday nights some of us prefer the English and European football on says and Sundays.

G'day Jager .

Thanks for coming up with the idea m8.
It would be nice to have some sort of organised events for us in the Oceania timezone.
I have talked to my clanmates (the few of us that there are so far) and we are all for the idea.
If you need any help with anything please don't hesitate to contact me.
I'm ingame most mornings and pretty much everynight (east coast Aus).
Lets show the "yanks" what a bunch of organised aussies and kiwis can do.
I love this game and it is made better for us all by the efforts of people like you .

Just an idea ... for ANZAC day maybe we could organise some sort of Aus/Kiwi vs Turkey competition.
We can show our respect for our Diggers and for the old "foe".

3 games I had considered....

Demolition Derby

2 competitions Tiers 3 and 5 (?). All action inside the central square on himmelsdorf. If you leave the square you are eliminated. Each tank enters from one of the access points so 7 tanks per match. You can go in with 2 normal shells and use these as you will.

The Race                

As many competitors as possible. You race around Campanovka starting at 1 and counter clockwise, 2 laps. You must shoot the tanks (4 french tanks weak armour at 4 points around the map)once per lap (red 1st lap and green 2nd lap).

Winner is first to finish and having shot all 4 tanks.

Hide and Seek

Teams of 3 on Murovanka. Idea is to get 1 tank into the opposite capping circle without being tagged (rammed). Once a tank is tagged it is no longer in the game.



Each game will require judges or winners to submit the replay showing they meet all the criteria for victory and bragging rights

I have a few events very similar to this that have already been trialled and will be running with friday night games. However, thank you for your suggestion!

Shooting gallery:

heavy tanks/some tanks shoot at light tanks/medium tanks on malinovka in the field. heavies start near bases, lights/mediums go in middle to play around. heavy tank with most kills is winner for shooter category, light/medium tank that survives the longest is winner.

sounds good hunt, like snipes said hunt, good ideas mate. Website is half done, just got stuck with a load of paper work and other things at work and not had the chance to finish it yet. Should be up by the end of next week and Snipes we need to talk soon mate.
