Oh, i didn'n understand about starting from 1000(UTC) is a official.
sounds like April Fools. Coz you already changed starting time so much, and announced like yesterday from morning in Oceania and Asia time.
I'd like to believe this is a joke again. useless and you guys still have maintenance from a hour later. Only one hour is not enough to finish the games?
why do you need to change today's starting time? that was perfect. plz change the time again until tomorrow.
