If I was a skinner, I would have answered your question, sorry. But, I'm not.

Asia forums, haven't been there in a long time, or if you got internet wizard powers, the China servers
I tried figuring them out one time. Even made an account and used this site where I had to draw what I kinda read to select the right characters to copy in. Still couldn't figure out how to get crapoff those forums.

Just cut the image in as many parts as needed and then do some trial&error until you're statisfied.
It's been more than 5 years since people started modding and skinning in WoT.
Most of the popular skinners have left the game a long time ago or only play it every now and then nowadays.
There's usually a point where you're statisfied and stop doing stuff like skinning in WoT.
As for myself, I make stuff in WoWS for myself, rarely, but I still do it.

I hate to answer your question with "why would you want to do that?" but, why would you want to do that? it will only line up for a brief second before you move the turret once the game starts. It would be better to make a design that fits the application and design something that works regardless of the relationship of the hull/turret.
Anyway, you could try replacing your hull and turret skins with a reference grid ( google "uv checker grid" ) and you will be able to see exactly where the hull ends and the turret starts.
Hope this helps.

Open your world of tanks root folder, then find and open the folder titled res_mods, then open the folder for the most current client version which right now is 0.9.13. As far as I know most skins come with a file path that starts with vehicles which is found in the version folder mentioned before, from here you will select the nation for which the tank being skinned is from, then just drag the skin files from their folder and drop them in the corresponding folder in the game folder.
I hope this helps I tried to explain it the best I could.

Follow what fishy13 said, as for your older skins, most will most likely not work due to new HD models and skins.
