Battle of Ettelbruck
South East of Bastogne, during the Battle of the Bulge
Patton's 3rd Army is making swift progress to Bastogne, aiming to relieve the Americans under siege there. Armored divisions are travelling in force with columns of Shermans supported by M5s and variant support vehicles, paving a way for their infantry to Bastogne.
With their heavier tanks committed to the frontline, the reserve tanks of the 116th Panzer Divison and a squad of Marders are tasked with attempting to repel this advance.
Outnumbered and outmatched, the Germans' only hope is to set up an ambush and surprise them. The American armored division is determined to squash any resistance so the infantry can move forward to Bastogne.

I understand the premise of historical battles, but seeing as this will be my first (been wanting to do one for a while now, i know all the rules)
just wondering, what exactly does this mod do before i install it?

Modifies the UI to make it more realistic, for example, it takes off the green/red edges around the tanks and the floating symbols.
The event patch simply modifies the minimap to the scenario and give all the tanks skins to match the map

Takes off the Outlines? GREAT! that's always one thing i disliked about how the game works(and take for granted),
though you can still call out tanks by targeting them with 't'?
