that was awesome. I definitely learned something about the right way to flank with a medium tank, thanks for the fun video.
+1

Fortune smiles upon the bold with those arty near misses. Very ballsy and smart play style but then again that's why you have a 60% win rate :Smile_honoring:

Yep, got to love Patton. Can't I've pulled a performance like that yet but I'm loving my Patton soo much. Might not be good for CW but its veeery enjoyable pub tank :P

oh pattons are pretty useful in cw too, for instance in sand river, you can really put that view range and gun depression to good use (and kick some ass with gold rounds :P )
cant say much about how useful a patton is on a city map in cw since my clan doesnt play city maps

Yeah, it's just not used as much as the others, sadly, because its a great vehicle.. Patton's accuracy is so misleading too.
I love E-50 and T-54 but I still get better average XP performance on Patton in pubs :P

I just had amazingly funny match on it myself yesterday, here's the replay if you wanna check it out! http://dl.dropbox.co... the Patton.rar

Got lucky, and enemies were playing like derps, but I was having fun :D

2580 exp is pretty ridiculously good man, and aside from that kinda-panic shot at the E-50 toward the end, that was some stellar shooting.  I was shocked when you penned the Ferdinand, but shocked in a pleasant way that spoke to my little Ferdi-killing soul.

+1 to you!

(Out of curiosity, what is your equipment and skill setup, if you don't mind sharing?)

yea i was suprised i killed that ferdi too (musta been a good high roll pen shot)

equipment wise i run with Rammer, Vert Stab and Optics

skills are

Cmmdr - Repair, Eagle Eye, Mentor and Jack of all trades
Gunner - Repair, Deadeye, Snapshot and Armourer
Driver - Repair, Smoothride, Clutchbraking, Offroad driving
Radioman - Repair, Vengeance, Signal Boosting, Situational Awareness
Loader - Repair, Adrenaline, Intuition and Camo

(combining smooth ride and snapshot really helps on a patton, makes it even more of a badass on the move)

oh and foksuh, nice patton play. and LOL that E75 was terrible. runs away when his M103 was fighting you

Up to fourth skill huh? Makes a big difference when you got all those new skills in use...
And yeah, as for that game of mine? I got lucky, real lucky. I thought I was done for when that E-75 came at me, figured I'd done my job by taking out the arty.. and then the M103 too. Don't get why the E-75 ran away but I thought I'd still die against the 103.. but nope. Just pure luck on my part when it came to the enemies I faced :D Just like a lucky shot at a range on a Ferd..

Mix that bit of luck with a good deal of skill and you get games like Agent's game there! :P

No brothers in arms or ventilators? I guess the extra view range is nice for CW, but max is still 500 and you're way above that (I understand it still helps in some cases), not to mention that the vent/BiA helps your view range too. Just my 2 cents.

It would be really nice if there were a view range calculator out there...

imo i feel BiA is wasteful when there are many other useful skills i can use. + i think it doesnt work if a crew member is dead.
i went for optics bcz since i have less armour then the other two, i want to be able to see my target first before they see me and make a plan
