My skin bugged out and my program wont convert pkg files to get originals >.> help?

You didn't overwrite anything in the packages file, right?
Skin files should only be placed under the res_mods file structure. If it were installed correctly, all you'd have to do is go find the skin and delete or rename it.
Placing the skin file anywhere outside of the res_mods folder has the possibility to screw things up, where you then probably want to reinstall the game.
