Is it really only 4 seconds? I would think it would take at least 20+ seconds for the tank to fill with water and then I don't know about tankers, but I can hold my breath under water for well over 30 seconds.
Imagine if you drove your car into a lake and died in 4 seconds, that seems ridiculous.
