Glitch in new clan set up

So i have started a new clan i payed my 2500 gold and in game i have clan tags but on wrorldoftanks.com i have no clan please can someone help i stated a support ticket and no reply since the 10th. Please i just managed to convince my old day of defeat clan to switch games and now i am starting to look really bad. they played dod for like 5 years very dedicated i don't want to loose them HELP!!!

We are all waiting as patiently as possible. We all are very dedicated players. We have premium accounts and are also submiting tickets for support on this issue. We would much appreciate assistance. I personally have spent roughly eighty dollars on this game and am starting to worry that this will never be resolved.

Yeah we have been trying to get this clan started,its been about a week that wargaming collected the gold,and we are not getting any help or support from them on the tickets that we have submitted.

Nills i have pent about $400 on this game i never expected to get the run around like this. Realy this is the first problem i have ever had with Wargaming. But very frustrating all the same

Well its been 10 days now Wargamming still hasn't fixed this Come on Wargaming if you see this post please tell your support center to work faster.
