I know there's a lot of you that will hate this idea. I understand, you've spent hours grinding a tank line to get a tier 10 tank.

The problem is, not all of us have spare enough time to grind a tank line to the top. I really enjoy sitting down for 30mins to an hour every few days and tanking it out, but I just don't have the time it takes to get to the top and really compete.

There's probably a large population of players like me who don't have the time, but would be willing to spend the $60-$100 for a tier 10 tank. That way we could just log on, and compete.

The bad Idea about some high tier prem tanks (Excluding T34, since experienced people mostly have them), They could just jump into a tier 10 tank, and loose the game, or they could be like types, most of the teams are tier 10, and that would destroy the game for many people, because we all know prems get an odd MM, and may or may not be even on both sides, as times the MM coughs and one side gets no tier 8s. This could happen with tier 10, say there are 50 tier 10 tanks in the like (most a premium), the MM may be the MM and make it uneven, but with tier 10. This could make hell for WG and mess the forums like <name-here> and <name here> are too OP/should be removed/Just plain weak.

Then what incentive is there to grind at all? It's bad enough that they introduced tier 8 premies, but introducing tier 10 premies would defeat the purpose of a tech tree completely.

Besides, by buying yourself into high tier matches you are robbing yourself of valuable experience actually learning how to play this game. With you this will be slightly less of an issue, seeing as you've grinded your way up to a T29, but tier 10's are looked upon to carry a team and pull more than their weight, which requires knowledge of game mechanics, knowledge of maps, knowledge of other tanks' capabilities, etc etc.

I'll support the addition of tier 10 premies only if they can only be bought by people who've grinded one vehicle of every tier in the game to elite.

No. You could not compete by just dropping in.

This idea amounts to allmost the same as what would happen if this guys idea was introduced http://forum.worldof..._1#entry1737963

IMHO it would be a bad idea :(

It would limit the player base to those that either have the cash to buy the higher tiered tanks or that have allready ranked upto them so eveyone left playing the game would be a tier 10 player maybe 10% of the present player base how could that or the other guys thread i linked too be a good idea, both would simply kill this game overnight :)

Over 1,000 Ratte threads, and then we finally get somebody who doesn't know what the heck it is and suggests it anyway...

Like there isnt enough fail tier 10 drivers plagueing the NA server already.

I mean seriously, You know those games where your IS7 just drives to his death in 1-2min in a complete suicide rambo attempt...
or when your maus decides its a good idea to camp all game, or drive up the hill on Himmel?

Imagine if they sold tier 10 premies...those kinda games wouldnt be a rare occurance anymore, just the norm.

no, you will log on and  bring your team a loss each battle you start.

also, there is the convert to free exp system on elite tanks. all the premium tanks are elite so you can use them to make exp then convert to free exp until you get enough exp to research a tier 10 tank. anyway, the result should be the same.

Bad Idea.

It's already bad enough being in higher tier battles when you see a bunch of tier 8 premiums show up on your team, the problem being you don't know if they have 100 or 10,000 battles played.  I much prefer seeing the premiums show up on the other team. I didn't buy my KV5 untill I had about 10K games played, primarily because I needed a tank that could generate good coin so I could finish out my tier 9's and 10's.

Personally I wish WG required that you have at least a couple thousand battles before you were even able to buy a tier 8 premium. There's a reason why grinding thru the lower tiers is important, you learn the game and the tactics needed to be a good tanker.  That way when you get to the higher tier battles, you're an asset to your team, not a liability.

Giving the OP a +1, I reserve the neg reps for asshats and such.

Tire 10 premium man that would be severly unfair to the one's grinding to get to tire 10. I just got to tire 9 (IS4) for a long time yah Im not good at all just saying do some hard work to get there.

Great idea but you won't get this idea LOL there are to many players that think they own this game and want yo to grind for a few years (at your rate) to get your tank. Hell I just played a game with a guy that has 26000 games!

Also ALL tier 9 and 10 tanks are broken. If you dont win the match or at least make it thru your repair/ammo/consum bill is 20k over what you made and if you win you might make 15k if you are just the best player ever!

It's a bad idea. Besides, what's the point of playing if you're not trying to achieve something. playing up the tiers gives great experience, and when you unlock that tier 10 tank, you feel pretty good about making it.

As for time, I have a family and a job so I play about 30-60 minutes a day, using mostly daily doubles and a few 3x specials and I made it to the IS-7 in about 4 months with premium while also playing US mediums and US heavies. I also got the T34 prior to 7.2 as well. I'm holding off buying the IS-7 as I don't want the costs associated with running a tier 10 tank when my IS-4 already has a tier 10 gun and great armour. Now I'm grinding to M110 to elite my M103. I have 128K xp to go!

Tier 8 is as far as it should go, and even then it should be a limited experience.

Funny I guess you have A LOT of extra time to sit and play. The guys that buy the premiums are the ones keeping this game alive we cant play but a few battles a week. Have you ever thought we might want a higher tier? Goody for those that have time time sit and grind we all dont have this time.

Listen, MM is screwed already with those tier 8 prem tanks and their good MM. Adding tier 10 prem tanks would just completely screw MM over until you're tier 9.

And don't have the time to get a tier 10 tank?

If you want a good tank, deserve it by playing more games.

You'll probably have more enjoyment with the introduction of gold TD's and Artillery coming and not just regular LT, MT, and HT's.

You can always play these at a competitive level, farm free exp, and convert it with gold to push your end game tank grinds.

The complaints against having a tier 10 premium tank thus far:

-Since others have grinded until the top, all should do the same.

-MM is already messed up with the current premiums, adding more would be to much for MM to handle.

-Without grinding out 10k+ battles to reach the top, you'd lack experience. Thus you would die, and your whole team would lose due to your stupidity.

I don't get the luxury to sit at my computer and devote to 10k battles. Grinding it out in all honestly is a waste of a good day. Some of us grind it out at work, and the last thing we want to do it the same in a game. I'd rather pay $100 than take on a job in a game.

To the people worried about MM, and just winning. Does winning a match really mean that much to you? I go into a match trying to win, but win or lose it doesn't matter. It's a game, play it to have fun. If winning really does mean all that to you, join clan wars or play in plattoons. Don't go blaming it on someone who just plays to have fun.

Anyone who would buy a tier 10 tank would sell it after one month because of how much money they lose trying to use it.  Work your way up the hard way, learn how to operate a large heavy and buy that tier 10 when you are ready.  A tier 10 tank does not make you a good player.  I love my Jagdtiger, Object704 and E75 and have many great games in them.  But I really sucked in my Maus, I was a liability to my team in the Maus so I sold it.  I tried to learn how to play it but since I skipped all of the heavies before it by converting XP I did not get the needed time behind the wheel.  I grinded the Tiger line up through the E75 to the E100 and almost enjoy the E100.  But I still think the E75 is a better tank.

NO Tier 10 Premiums!!!
