After watching the new video on 7.3 and the new tanks [Although I dont understand Russian...]
I predict the weakspots of those tanks...

Firstly, the KV-4

It has stats of :

Hull Armor: 180/130/90
Turret Armor: 180/150/140
Gun: Long 107

Penetration 227mm
Damage 320
Rof 5.71
Engine: 1200hp engine
Health Points: 1540
Hull Traversal: 18
Turret Traversal: 20

Yeah... the Lowe had that weakspot, so did the Type 59... and the KV-5.

But when they were released.. Nobody had a clue on where to shoot them and hence...

It's common sense to find them weakspots I guess. But if some of the weakspots mentioned are not weakspots, do tell. :3

I think the KV-4 lower plate might we rather well armoured. That R2-D2 is obviously a HUGE weakspot.
Driver plate and MG Port might be hard to hit in the heat of battle.


For the ST-1, Driver hatch and commander copula are very easy targets. The lower hull might be well armored.


I do not know whether would guns of the same tier penetrate since its not out on testing. This is just pure inference from the video and my knowledge on Common tank weakspots.

Don't forget the turret sides of ST-1, flat plate if the turret is facing away from you.

btw, regarding our M103... I'm not sure if I just got bad luck or not:
- Front turret: every shot they (tier6-7 tanks) give me is penetrated and do full damage, while most of the shot I give them (M103) bounce, regardless of cheek or turret shield.
- Lower hull: yeah... as said above, every gun with 160pen can easily pen my hull, while my 260pen gun bounce...50% of the time.

Hull cheeks on the ST-1, same as IS4 now or close enough.
Its hull sides are only 140mm & look bigger than IS4.

Not much taller than IS4 so shooting down into its turret top from a tall tank is probably going to be just as valid as currently.

KV4 like the Maus on the bit of the rounded turret front that is flat to you.
Parasitic twin turret, I hope it gets decent armor, if its armored equivalent to the R2D2 its going to make KV4 very hard to play.

They are already gonna whine because their bright shiny new t10 is4 came stock with a pos t7 gun since they were too lazy/uninformed to grind out the s70. As for the weak spots on kv4 those turrets are smaller than those on my kv5 so will be even harder to hit. I find that it's easy to hide my r2 unit in battle and that if I move it makes it hard to hit.  Took  30 hits in providence yesterday and at least that many hit the wreck I was hiding my r2 behind. I had my com hatch partly obscured by a building. If you can work it right the kv5 is a beast and I'm sure the kv4 will be also. As for the st1 that sucker is ugly. It's gonna be elited and sold asap since my 1 t9 heavy reserve slot will go to the ultra sexy is8.
