I just want to say I love this game, but I work and the only time I can get on is on my time off.  Here are a few issues I have ran into while playing the game.  Credit ammo sucks!!!! It takes a lot of ammo to cause damage.  So I use only GOLD ammo and the game always puts my Tiger at the bottom.  So I am fighting tier IX and X's.  I used all my GOLD ammo on one tier X tank and did NOT penetrate it's armor once!! This is ridiculous and not a fair match up.  I wouldn't care if this happened a few times, but it happens every time I use my tiger. Also I would rather pay for the game instead of this gold crap, it is a money pit. I agree it is a smart way to make money, but it is getting old.

Sorry, but never have any problems running my Tiger... not my most played tank, but she's one of my favorites...  

And if you shot all your gold ammo at a Tier X and kept bouncing... did you even attempt to aim for a different spot??  Gold doesn't give you a 100% pen chance you know tho'... up's the odds but still... seems like you're doing something wrong...

You only use gold ammo? You are making a choice and then blaming the game? I NEVER use gold ammo in pubs and I rarely had my tier 7 heavy is matches like that. Worry but you are doing it wrong.

Credit ammo just has less penetration, learn weak spots and you would not have to buy the ammo you complain is costing so much.

You must have used auto-aim on, or you're hitting the more armoured parts of tanks.

The Tiger I has good pen for a tier 7 (One of the best I think).

1st of all your fighting against IX and X tier tanks... 2nd of all your using gold rounds on a NORMAL match... 3rd of all aim for weak spots on any tanks and search for those spots. These are your problems not the tank.

The Tiger Tank is a very capable tank and able to fight in any tier, It takes skill and effort but Ive seen it happen in my Lowe and my IS4.

Honestly, you need to go back to first causes and think about how the game works

1) Gold Ammo on a Tiger only gives you more Pen, not Damage
2) Even with Gold, shooting a Tier X is an iffy proposition. It's 3 tiers higher than you for a reason.  Look for side/rear shots, or other targets.
3) More often than not, gold ammo is a waste of money.  Yeah, it can give you better pen, but if you are firing Gold ammo at say an Easy 8, that's money down the tubes for no reason.

Once upgraded the Tiger is fine without gold ammo if you use her in her role as a sniper and support tank. I managed to win in mine never bought a round of gold ammo I ain't very good.

just to tell you, its cause of our gameplay, everyone has different experience in thier own tanks

WOW, that was fast and a lot of slaps in the face!!    If I have a Tiger then I think I have played the game for a while.  Yes I aimed for a lot of different spots STICKJOCK and I know its not 100% but something should have hit. Ruffles, I turned off auto-aim the first day I played, but thanks.  I may be doing something wrong , but I have done a lot of reading about WW2 Tanks since I am a ww2 tank modeler and RC fanatic.

Having a Tiger in no way means you know anything about the game. This came across pretty clear in your OP.

Using Gold rounds means you would have penetrated a few spots if you knew where to aim. Forget your reading about WW2 tanks and the like and instead read the forum sections on weakspots and game mechanics. This game is not a historical simulation.

When ever I'm on my IS4 and I see a T59 or a Tiger shooting their "gold" rounds I laugh, cuz thats your money you are shooting at me and I'm shooting you with free shells basically. Ill understand if i was in a Clan battle or something like that but in a normal battle its not worth it.

Well OP the main problem I see here is that you are relying on a purchased perk instead of trying to find out where to hit tanks. The fault is not the tanks or the gold ammo it is yours. There are pleanty of programs websites and such that can help you learn where to aim at a tank instead of just aiming and firing off volley after volley of gold rounds.

It was when the hit boxes for crits were borked. Now the Tiger is decent. easily the most accurate gun, decent rof, and good pen. To the OP if your having that much trouble try out a hit box mod, but please give the gold ammo a rest.

Says the guy that has never driven a Tiger

For its tier I would say it is the worst of the heavies. No I have not driven one but I have faced them in heavies, mediums and TDs and of the tier 7s its the one I prefer to run into as an enemy.

just got my king tiger...loved my tiger and i had no problems with it...heck..with the long 88mm in the Tiger i remembering penetrating the FRONT of an E-100 4 times then gettin the kill...hit the lower plate...works well

All i can say is...you must be using it wrong

You are a victim of the Tiger Myth, your expecting an invulnerable tank, and its not. The Tiger is good but it has its limitations and no amount of gold will change them learn them and you will do better.

Then having not played one... you are not qualified to say "For its tier I would say it is the worst of the heavies..." as you have no clue as to how it plays or how to play it...
