[font="Comic Sans MS"]dear forum-members,
first: apologize... I am dutch, so sorry for my poor english.
noob-question?: I play WOT now for months and switched a lot of times between tanks (dummy that I was, I sold them many times and bought new ones... even when I had a 100%-crew a.s.o. - now I know that was so dumm... real noobish...
so, after months I still have 3 tanks: 1 tier V, 1 tier 3, 1 tier 2;
the q. is about the tier 2: its a M2 LT, completed 100%, elite;
it has prox. 59.000 research points, and its points are getting more and more,
but what can I do with those points when my M2 is already elite?
hope someone can help me out,
thanks in advance,
grtz, hawkeye50

If you buy gold, you can convert them into free exp (research points), usable on any tank. It costs 1 gold per 25 points you wish to convert.

You spend gold to convert the research points into 'free experience' they can then be spent anywhere you need them.
Hope that helps.

Two things you can do:
1. Convert the experience, using gold, to free experience that you can use to research any item, on any tank you have unlocked. This can get expensive, and some people say it's a waste of good gold, while others love boosting themselves this way.
2. Once a tank is elite you have the option to send all the experience earned to the crew, which increases their training levels. You'll see a small box just above your crew list for the tank that has 'accelerate crew training' next to it. If you check that box, your tank will no longer earn any experience. Instead the exp. that the tank would normally earn is evenly distributed between your crew members, with any extra going to the LEAST experienced crewman.

I had a M7 Priest but it sucked so I switched back to the M37 and do better in uit. I want to buy a M41 now and have enuff points buy it won't let me buy it. I sold the M7. Do I have to have that one still in inventory before I can jump to M41 (tier 5)?

You can buy the M41 if you unlocked it while you had the M7 Priest. I have my M7 Priest Elited and the M41 unlocked (obviously). However, I don't plan to buy the M41 until my crew is at 100%. For some reason, this is taking forever as I don't seem to earn that much with the SPG.
