I took extra time and care to find an appropriate folder to put the Test Client into and low and behold, it did me the same way 7.0 and 7.1 did. It overworte all my
regular WOT Client file and installed itself in to those folders. I know that all I have to do is reinstall WOT into a different folder but, Why does it do this, I
mean really. I hope it's not just me, last test, 7.2, I had no such problem, it installed into another folder and there was no conflict.
Anyway, thanks for looking at this issue.

i personally always put it in a different directory, for example WoT normally downloads to the games folder but for the test folder i always put it under programs files x86
and i have yet to have a problem with it
at least that's been my experience so far

I just installed it, when it asked where to put it, I change World of Tanks to World of Tanks Test. So it made a new folder

Always install it in a different directory than C:/Games.

Yeah, I always install anything in a different directory if the new program is even remotely related another program of the same kind. That way when your done, uninstalling/deleting files does not become a issue.

Probably would be useful if they put the test client package together so it created a "test" file path automaticly so this does not happen.
Just an idea. We all have brain lapses from time to time and this would fix it
