Figured I'd post this here.
Elite KV-3 with accelerated crew training selected prior to patch.
Post patch KV-3 has new equipment available to be researched and thus is not elite, however it is still accelerating crew training without the ability to shut it off. So as it stands if you were accelerating crew training in KV-3 you cannot gain experience on the tank.

I sold my tank (keep the crew) and re-bought the tank. Fixed the problem.http://forum.worldoftanks.com/public/style_emoticons/default/Smile-izmena.gif
