Hello I got a T1 HT that is pretty much elited etc and has a 91% crew on it currently. I plan on keeping the T1 HT as it is a decent tank once its upgraded and i make 10k-15k credits a battle after expenses cost. I was wondering though when my crew hits 100% what crew skills should i get for each crew member. Any feedback would be great. Thanks!

So any other skills I should consider for T1 HT or KV . Or just skills I should consider for heavy tanks in general. Thanks everyone who has answered so far just wanna get as much information as possible.

I would focus on repairs for heavies with few exceptions. After that it is really up to your preference. You probably wont want camo for heavies but other than that most skills will be helpful in some ways to you.

I think of the end game, what skills & perks do you want in your T110E5? If you start on BIA now, they will be at 100% somewhere into the T29 probably, and if you run vents, you can have a crew at 121%, which will help significantly on your grind up. I would carry a toolbox as well, until the crew can get to 100% repair, which would be the skill I would go for second. Decreasing the amount of time you sit tracked or disabled makes a big difference in the higher tiers. Beyond that, at which time you should be into or close to the T110, is whatever would be most advantageous to your playstyle.

Can you use the 100% crew on other tanks with out them losing 100% by retraining ?

Oh well i dont got premium and probably wont ever have it since i got no way of buying gold which is the main reason im keeping the t1 ht to make me credits to pay for higher tiers .

Yes you do, it's called the Ultimate gamecard and they are available in stores everywhere. No need for a credit card or Paypal account anymore. I have stopped purchasing gold with PP or CC since the local Rite Aid carries these cards.

Also any non-reloadable major credit card label backed debti gift card will work, I use the Target VISA debit gift cards from time to time you just register your zip code on it and its good to go for online use most of the time. WoT will take them and there are many options as to retailers carrying these.

The original 3 skills (camo, repair, and... firefighting?) use the average of all crew members. I believe that the effects of both camo and repair scale linearly, so if you do 2 of 3 crew members, you'll get 67% of the effect. 4 of 5 would be 80% of the effect.
Some of the new skills only use the best training level in your crew, while others require you to train a crew member to 100% before it even becomes effective. In those cases if you have duplicate crew members (T-28 radiomen, anyone?) you can either train them both in the same thing so you keep the skill if one dies, or you can train them in different skills to get more cool bonuses while both of them are alive.
-Slick

If you mean transferring them to a tank you upgrade to (ex: taking the crew out of the T1 and moving them to the M6) you can retrain with a slight drop in exp. If your crew is at 100% and you transfer them, you can pay 20k and keep them at 90% on the next tank. Any additional skills will stay on them as well and when they get back to 100%, those skills will start training again.
