first you need to download freeopener then go mirtankov.com then in the lefthand bottom corner there is a list on tanks pick which tank u need a skin for and then download it open it with freeopener extract to desktop and now you will need to download wot skin installer ounce you have it setup open it and drag and drop the skin in the box and now u have it
