I got in.  But now I'm at 3 times my normal lag.  Basically means that I can't play.

What is going on with the server?  Don't be putting it on the players - it is very obvious from this end that the problem is on WOT's end of the connection.  

WOT has changed something and royally screwed up the user-game interface.

How about changing in back?

I totally agree! Wasted good playing time waiting around until I could log in... the next day after continued issues I started combing the forums to find the "fix"/workaround. It would only be fair to re-imburse us for lost paid play time!

You will need to submit a support ticket with proof of the inability to log in to the game under the account section as there is no possible way wg can tell who has the issue or not.

Suitable proof will most likely be a screen shot of the login page with the server down message.

What if it has been fixed since then?  It would then be impossible to recreate the problem.  WG knows that there had been a problem, so they should just issue a blanket refund to everybody.  It would probably cost them less than going through each and every ticket.

Actually, I kind of expected that they would.  I wonder if they got their customer service department from the DMV?

You people REALLY need to stop adding stuff until you fix the BUGS and PROBLEMS that ALREADY EXIST in the game !!!  Why not just assign all of your developers to getting rid of the bugs, and maybe do an all hands effort at getting match maker balanced?  THEN you can start adding new features.  I do have a clue about this issue because I was a game developer for many years.  Please just fix the problems and make your customers happy.

Im haveing a login issue but im not sure if its the same problem.
After update 7.2 the grafix at login screen glitch so bad i cant see curser.
I can kind of see the agreement but cant see curser to click accpt.
The sound works fine.So the question is this the same login issue everyone is haveing or
is this my own special problem?
I have nvidia geforce 6600-256 MB x8 AGP its not the GT.
I have a bit of time into this game and havent played from 7.2 update till now.
this sucks bad someone please help me im starting to feel great pain from this loss.

WG likes to use the smoke and mirrors approach: Hype new content, pump out more random and increasingly meaningless specials, celebrate anniversaries and hyping future events.

It seems like they love to talk about the future and sometimes the past, perhaps they don't want you to think too much about the present and realize how poorly they've done.

For me to login, had to turn off Norton firewall to connect, then turn back on and all is still working...

Login starts, seems to hang up at 'Synchronizing equipment' screen.  It was working earlier today.

I get stuck on Synchronizing Equipment too.

Ive tried anything and everything, still cannot connect to server. It keeps getting stuck on the "Syncronizing comsumables" part and wont go any further!
