Good idea but needs improvement, like a description of what preventative maintenance actually does and ‰ for relevant skill increases

Thanks, but it's a little late. I personally have some changes to make to my skills, having to guess previously.
Mainly, wasn't it mentioned that snap shot shouldn't work for SPGs? But now it does. Oh well, gold training time!

i would suggest adding in percentages when at 100% for snap shot, mentor, situational awareness, and the like. also, you might want to mention that the safe stowage is excellent when combined with tanks which get ammo racked nearly every game, like a type 59 or t-50-2 (mine seems that way anyway). but other then that, its a fairly useful tool, and you might want to make a note on camo that its active ALL the time

It's like the Russian version went through Google Translate. Some of the descriptions don't completely cover the skill.

Way too little, and vary late.
Looks like there's no new information in the new guide.

Seriously, Wargaming.net, can you improve the in-game descriptions and give us another free skill reset, at least for skills/perks whose description was obviously completely misleading? For instance there's no indication that the Brothers in Arms skill is ineffective unless the whole team has it.

This is nothing but garbage. Is it possible to be more vague than this? It is nothing but useless filler with little to no substance. If I were a gamer looking for a new game to play and read this, I would immediately write you off and look elsewhere. I would say it is amatuerish but that would be an insult to amatuers.
Delete it and do it over with real info about the skills and perks.

It says in the in-game description "The perk comes into effect after it reaches 100% for the entire crew." How is that hard to understand?

Did you actually read the new descriptions because they are kind of the opposite of vague. God you people are dumb as rocks on here, I don't even know why I am posting on this forum lol

Situational Awareness - Skill
Situational Awareness skill is similar to Eagle eye; the higher the view range, the greater is skill’s benefit.

Thank you for the guide, but is it possible to elaborate on Situational Awareness? The in-game description differs from the guide.

Oh, and thanks for finally officially telling us that eagle eye wont work for SPGs after a bunch of us found that out for ourselves and had to pay to change to another skill that was remotely useful. Sure would have been nice to tell us that little tidbit from the beginning.
And why don't commanders who are also gunners/loaders have access to those skills? A multifunction crew member should have access to all of the skillsets for the job he has to perform.
Again, after the build up in the announcement I thought that we'd finalkly have a guide. But the explanations of what the skills accomplish and how they can be usefully applied are exceptionally lacking.
If a student turned this level of work in on an academic assignment he'd get a failing grade.

Cool guide, bro.
Where's our 90% off retraining special that the russians have had twice since 7.2 came out?

Yes, I did read them. The "descriptions" are a joke. Does Snap Shot ever say what it does? Does Brother in Arms ever say what it does? Oh wait - Brothers in Arms is listed twice - once at the beginning and once at the end! Does Camouflage say it works no matter whether you are moving or standing still? Does Jack of all trades say what the skill does - or does it talk around it every way possible without describing the skill? Does Sixth Sense tell you what it does? Does Preventive Maintenance ever tell you what it does? Armorer tells us we should decide for ourselves whether we want the skill or not - but never tells us exactly what it does so we can decide. Deadeye doesn't say what it does, it just says its good if you use AP. Snap Shot doesn't even give us a hint of what it does. Intuition doesn't tell us what it does. Adrenalin Rush not only says what it does but pretty much advocates having your own teammate shoot you to get below 10% and gaining faster reload times for Arty. WTH???? Signal Boosting, Relaying, Call of Vengeance - nope - doesn't tell us what it does.
If a player were to post a guide this low quality on the forums, it would be inundated with -1s. For Wargaming to post such a poor excuse for a "guide" is beyond inexcusable. You can -1 me all day, I don't care. They asked us for our opinions and I'm giving them mine: this "guide" is trash.
