Alright, so whenever i go into a game, no matter what map it is, the ground and other features are black. I just don't why, it's never happened before and no one i ask seems to have the same problem. So, anyone here know?

This is not an OS or hardware issue. This issue is a memory leak problem with the game engine. This can be fixed with coding by programmers.
The computer game room in my area has replicated this issue on 6 different systems (4 different processors, 3 different OS, 6 different video cards).
The tested ststems range from 2GB - 8GB RAM with ATI, nVidia, Intel video cards with 256mb-2GB on-board memory. Tweaking the video cards with MSI Afterburner does not correct the issue.
The 3GB memory switch is a poor fix as it can cause issues with other games. The memory leak seems to be related to the change in shading in 7.0 or 7.1.
Post processing, vert sync, reducing graphics, are all inconsistent\ineffective non- solutions to corrective game code.

BTW, the issue is NOT exclusive to Dragon's Ridge. Dragon's Ridge takes the most system memory to render and why most red and black screen sniper mode crashes occur on that map.

The 3GB memory switch is a poor fix as it can cause issues with other games, programs and running processes. The 3GB switch reduces the system core memory use to @ 1GB and is a crazy fix if you use your system with multiple programs running.
Updating drivers, switching Post processing, vert sync, reducing graphics, are all inconsistent\ineffective non- solutions to corrective game code.
