This is going to seem like a really stupid question but does the medium-caliber gun rammer only work on some guns (based on their caliber) or does it work on all guns for which you could possibly purchase on the tank in question? Neither the wiki or the actual description of it seem to say either way and I'm particularly wondering for some of the tank destroyers where you can fit anything from a 57mm gun to a 105mm. Will all of these work or only certain sizes of cannon?

If it is a medium tank, the medium rammer is used for all guns of medium tank type.

The only stupid question is the one not asked. Questions like this help to clear up confusion.
Although, the more cynical among us might think, "There are no such thing as stupid questions, only stupid people asking questions" but those people are a$$hole$

Thank you very much. I was just a little worried as the name of the equipment referred to the caliber (which I would take to mean the size of the barrel) rather than tank type.

There are exceptions. For example, the M6 heavy tank uses a medium rammer for all guns available. I believe it is because all its available guns are also used on medium tanks.

http://wiki.worldoftanks.com/Equipment has a list of which rammers go with which tanks.

I ask so that example lvl 5 must fight against one of lvl 7 or 8. there is much difference and exp is not joined and we only lose money me that to watch as comes the game and if it is thus I leave and I leave my tank that happens according to finishes that game. when leaving I enter with another tank and thus all the times that to have to fight with which it surpasses 5 to me or but lvl spends.

I was a good question. There are may ambiguous bits of info in the game that could use a little clearing up.

That said, you will never be in a battle in which there aren't similar-tier tanks to fight against. So you're a tier 5 in a game with tier 8... don't fight the tier 8s, fight your tier 5-6 peers.
EDIT: also, is this machine translation? The grammar and word choice is inane but the spelling / vocabulary seem better than someone with very poor English.
