DEVS: Please give us the old Forum layout.

The new one...

1. Actually hurts my eyes.

2. It is not possible to comment TO A POSTER, only a general reply.

3. Is not as good looking as the old one.

4. Gave me the feeling that I will be spending less time in the forums, which is a shame.

5. Right now, just typing this in here, my eyes are getting strained.

Agreed. Not liking the new format at all.
At least give us an OPTION to switch it back.

Sure, it looks cleaner and schemxier, but it's also about 5 times harder to navigate IMHO. Plus, yeah, it is a bit of an eyesore after a bit.

I too agree with this.

My only gripe is mobile skin is all fudge up.

This is starting to become a drinkable topic.

I don't care whether they add the old one back or not, but it feels TOO clean, they need to darken it a bit, it does seem "loud" on my eyes.

New forums makes me think of the Metro UI of Windows 8, somehow, which I was very disappointed in.

I'll toss my vote to bring back the old forums.

Really disliking the new layout, feels like the other millions of forums.

Please bring back the old forum...This ones just...wrong. I extremely dislike, borderlining hate it. Its hard to navigate, too bright, frankly ugly, and quite horrid.

People always resist change at first. You'll get used to it after a while.

They needed to upgrade to take advantage of the fancy new features the newer version offers.

I agree though there is too much white going on. The default font is also a bit too thin and big. It makes everything too spread out and hard to read. I would like to be able to fit more than 1-2 posts on my screen at a time. lol
