Read the forum posts. Since friday, many of us have voiced our dismay at your inability to offer the product you said you'd offer us. I speak of course of this post from wargaming;

Now as i am a graduate with the ability to read English, this says that all the above mentioned packages would be available from May 7th until May 31st, with the exception of the 59, which most of us where relieved to see available for a much shorter time, May 11th. Now i just unlocked my maus, and am currently 8k xp(about an hr of game time if i play bad) from my is7 as well. This means i intended to spend 60 on those packages, and likely 80 when i found that i only had 4.5k after grinding so much, and that would have given me my gold for my crew. Now i spent 45 on some collectors swords, and 35 will be spent on diablo 3 currency. I am also informed that no less than 5 of my members where planing to sink money into package three as well. If you go over my account, im sure you will see that i have spent a hell of a lot of money on this game, so from now on, when you tell me i can buy something, let me buy it. If not your find that i can easily play this game on a basic prem account, with out bothering for the extra golden amenities/tanks

wargaming, i am so glad that after the large amount of cash i have sank into this game, i am only worth the same generic reply you gave somebody else. i guess the worst part is that you have isnt even that you have actually not even read my initial statement, but you didn't even bother to insert my name into your template reply. To be honest you can fuck yourselves. And that expletive is strictly to get your attention, because it seems your more concerned with an expletive than your income. be careful what actions your taking in American markets.

I have been trying since the update to purchase the charity event T14 but the site always says the server is down try later. Also I have not been able to use the ENDWARNA for same reason. No anwser to my ticket after 5 days. Would like to make the donation before its gone.

Figured out the problem..since the update mozilla foxfire browser will not work. Was able to get the charity deal via internet explorer but if someone had replied to my ticket I could have gotten the freebe as well...weak.

i appreciate your lack of consideration for your players. i read pages of complaint of undelivered packages and complaints of false advertisement. Tbh, i was waiting for wob and wop, but i know longer give a shit. I was spreading this game to everyone i know who likes this game, but no longer. You guys can fuck yourselves for the fact that you didn't even bother to put my in game name, or my actual, name, which are both accessible to you. I always figured you Russians could market better than this

wtf wot? can you idiots not read? If you tell me i can buy something, ill allot the money in my income for it, and if you take that package awy, one of the other games gunning for my money cAn have it. Like i said, you lost 60-80 from me alone. And i am only one of how many players? If your investors saw these financial decisions, im sure you guys would be forced to reconsider your choices. in fact, i think maybe someone should bring this to their attention.

Their copy/paste response is that they have no plans to re-introduce it. I'm sure it will come back again though, maybe around Christmas or something like that if they don't do a last day/week/whatever re-introduction of the packages this month.

I have been bitching to WG about special III since May 12th and I have got the exact same responses, they have taken over a week to answer my questions and then they don't even read them!  I told them "sorry we screwed up" is not a good enough response and wanted them to reinstate the offer, that was two weeks ago and they have not replied to my latest e-mail.  At least pretend like you are reading them!

Well, it seem's they can, and do whatever they want ! I see nothing wrong with it...it's a matter of keeping control. But...they are there to make money ! So why not make more offers to us all ?
Many are ready and willing to spend a lot more..like me, i'm a fanatic of tanks. In each tier,  it should have at least three premium tanks. The same for the camouflage (paint on tanks) it's pretty narrow in choices.
Also a bonus for us all...when you spend a certain amount or more you get this or that. It's clear that they lack some imagination here.
As for me, i check out the gift shop every two days because it changes all the time...here today, gone tomorrow (like type59..i got one).
They should hire a master in marketing for improvement imho.  By the way, I'm still waiting for physics to be implanted, then it will become THE game to play !
Beside this i think they did a pretty good job with this game...if you don't agree, try to please everyone ! Good day tankers.
