I like the new fuction but the look of the forum is rather boring... add color? Those who want spell check, use google chorme that has an option to have one...

The mobile version is screwed up. Can't read the forums on my iPhone anymore, which is a huge disappointment for me. :(

This may have been said, but the new forum is horrible on mobile devices. I used to browse on my Andriod and everything magically fit on the screen, now it looks like a non optimized website where I have to scroll in and out to read text and scroll around. I also miss the original post always being on top when browsing multiple pages

Please give us an option to change the color scheme. It's too bright!

It is not as easy on the eyes as the old look. I no longer enjoy reading the forums for any length of time.

And spell check would be really nice to have.

While I applaud your efforts to impove functionality....lets not do it at the expense of legibility.

Whats with all the locked topics that are only a few hours old? Got a gameplay change suggestion...locked. Unhappy with a current game mechanic....locked. What the hell WG?!?!? Do you want me to keep playing and paying or not?

Can't wait for MWO. It will ruin you in NA the way that you run things.......

I still get the forum maint. pic w/the 2 girls when I click forum on the start page.I have to access thru a discuss on forums like I did this.Or, thru xplrorer,firfox,etc.

I liked the old forum, we aren't really socializing and don't need to have it setup like a Facebook page or a twitter page. We ARE gamers, so please put something special for us and easy to use. Other than this. The new forum really confuses me. And Sadly YOU TOOK AWAY MY DANCING CAT AVATAR...... :( :( :( :(

Something went FUBAR with the update I think, for I can post here, but not in other sections for some odd reason. I can't even post in my own thread where mods are that I created... Hopefully they get things straightened out.

I think you're right. Everything else I've looked at says "This topic is locked".

Edit- Ah, got it. You need to log out and back in again. They changed the forum requirements so that you have to play 20+ games before you can post in most forums, but people who were logged in at the time that won't take until you relog.

The new forums are HORRID, hard to navigate, to bright, no"Go to first unread post", Can't edit using chrome, looks dull, please change it back. All that has been done is making something that WAS good, bad.

Something I noticed too. MANY of the older Forum Pages I subscribed to follow because I was ACTUALLY interested in reading the comments got locked. What are they DOING? I can live with the Forum Layout, but locking Forums I enjoy reading? I ask this because I am concerned.....What the heck are you DOING? What are you planning? Are you planning to pull out of NA or something? I heard something about a change to EULA, but never an official statement. Also I noticed EVERY link to an Executable file has been deleted. For SOME of us, we NEED those. Every 3 months I need a new Hard Drive because this game is SO TAXING that it BURNS the thing. And HOW do get those things back? (I sure as HELL don;t pay Best Buy no friggin' $100 to save 4GB of crap from a Laptop) I go to the Forums, and redownload those files. I noticed you deleted them from MasterTaco's guide to making Voices and Music. How are we supposed to figure out how to make our awesome voices NOW? I was just figuring it out after my last replacement. I feel like I am Gooby trying to talk reason into Dolan. (go look them up, you will remember him forever) Also, we know that you have a log for everything - so I see what you did there with Autosave. As I typed this I saw that 1 reply was added. Useful.....kinda......

Fix for iPhone. (Really just a work around.)

Dowload the free Mercury browser, and in the settings change "Identify browser as" to "Firefox 3.5".

This will bypass the mobile version the the forums, so you will be able to read them normally.

+Rep'd and seconded, some good discussions I was in on the US TD and Heavy boards have been locked and they weren't when the forum patch went live. I'm fairly neutral about the new forum appearance myself, I will say that it has a much "cleaner" look to it.

Hey, we can't see the OP on the top anymore! I thought that was actually a great feature, I've never seen it before. I searched for a setting to enable it again but apparently it was completely left out.

I have no problems otherwise, it looks clean and bright. But come on, bring back the OP on top!
