Gift Shop problem... HELP!

I'm trying to get the T14 deal from the gift shop. Everything is fine until I go to hit pay. When I do it gives me an error message. What can I do?

Submit a ticket with support.

Yes, put in a ticket.

Her is the response I typed for others in case you fall into this group:

You bought it for yourself or someone got it for you? If someone bought it for you, log into the main WoT site and check under accounts and gifts. IF you bought for yourself more than 6, then it is because they have a limit on it.

I found this out trying to buy gifts for myself and my family members.

I can't even buy myself the T14 deal. I get an error message and I can't even pay for what I want. Funny, WG wants my money, offers a deal and I can't take part. I guess they don't want my money after all.

Still need help. I have no faith in submitting a ticket unless this gets resolved asap.

They are pretty quick actually since I got a response from an earlier ticket in about 15 mins. I remember reading that someone majorly abused this with 30 packages and so it screwed up everything. Smart guy though...

I hope they are quick. I just want 1 deal. I submitted a ticket. I hope this isn't going to take days and days to resolve...

In order to do it, you have to work the system.

Pay using "other" and select the paypal tab (redundant, i know, but do it)

then use that tab (and the free ultimate points or whatever you have) in order to log into paypal and get the payment through.

It seems it is an error on playspan's side, but it still works.  You just gotta work the system.

I have to go to work in about an hour. Support needs to get this solved. I'm not waiting weeks to get this taken care of.
