I have seen many stupid mod skin postings like My Little Pony skins , and would like to request one for a Hatsune Miku skin for me and my t29 tank. Since I am not skilled in art, I am making a formal request.

Making a skin request is fine and dandy, but please refrain from calling the requests of a different fandom "stupid" just because it does not match up with your tastes.  It's quite unnecessary.
