Hello all;

I recently reinstalled WoT after a bit of a break. When I log in, I am greeted with the following:

The bug is not that I am driving a Priest on purpose. You'll notice two things in that screenshot. First is meta data in the menu buttons. Second is that I have nothing in my hangar, despite the following when I go into the Inventory button:

I clearly have some tanks in my Depot. If memory serves me, I was full on slots when I left but did not have the T1 french take (As it did not exist yet). I thought perhaps that was causing some problem so I sold it, then relaunched. The problem was not resolved. Finally, I get the following when I attempt to purchase a premium account:

I have 3000 gold that I purchased on Wednesday, but it will not allow me to purchase a premium account uppgrade. I checked the Application log in Event Manager and cannot find any errors (or messages of any kind) that coincide with me launching WoT. I have not yet tried to reinstall in case there is a less time consuming fix or if this is something new that staff want me to try and troubleshoot with them.

If you use any mods you probobly need to reinstall them from scratch because the only time I have seen that type of error has been from the mods needing updating.

As for tanks not in your hangar uncheck all the filter buttons on the bottom left and see if they appear.

Have you sent a ticket to support yet? I have seen the meta data in the beta before a restart of the game should fix that i believe. But the tanks not being there could be because of that or its a different issue. The only reason I can think of for them to be gone would be the View primary tanks only checkbox is checked but you dont even have enough tanks int eh garage to see as you need more than the slider has room for in one go at the bottom for the sort options to become available. Please submit a ticket with the pictures to support.worldoftanks.com and try restarting the game.

Thanks for the quick response. I don't think I used any mods; is there a way I can check? I assume I'd have dragged some files into some directory in Root:\Games\World_of_Tanks.

You have also overestimated my competence; where are the filter options? In the bottom left of the screen I just have my chat channels.

I have restarted the game a few times. I am sending a ticket currently.

Bottom left of screen next to where the tanks should be is a few boxes you can click on or off which offers filters to show or not show certain tanks. It may be something with that.

As for the graphics glitch go to the support page as others have said here and submit what you posted here including the photos and they should be able to help you more.

This is definately due to a mod that is installed. Remove your mods and get the client working the way it should and then try to install your mods again one at a time.
If you are not using mods at all then be sure to uninstall the client... then delete the entire WOT folder in the games directory which is usually on drive C:

The reinstall. This should fix the problem.

That was exactly it, thanks. FWIW, the uninstaller removed the C:\Games directory entirely for me.
