I purchased a T-15 on sale, thinking it would be like the Luchs, but it does not feel anywhere near agile, turns are less snappy, and it seems to just bleed speed after extended turning. It seems that isn't a result of good turn rates (38deg/sec vs 46deg/sec), but the rediculous HP/ton ratio the Luchs has of roughtly 3HP/ton compared to the T-15's 2.6HP/ton.

The worst part is it isn't nearly as visually appealing as the Luchs. So without the agility of the Luchs and a gun roughly equal to the low-weight setup, what is the best way to play this tank?

Crew in T-15 (except radio) - 75%
Crew in Luchs - 86%

Try to scout from afar and disengae from fights(you have great view range). Get off some shots then retreat. Try to have most of your health when going in the the "second half" of the match. If you are one of the last tanks alive with nearly full health the T-15 can turn the tide of a battle. This mostly applies to tier 3 battles but this can apply to tier 4-5 battles.

So....
Scout
Retreat
Snipe a little/stay alive
come back at the end to open up a can of whoopass

I personally prefer the T-15 over the Luchs, though my Luchs experience was pretty terrible.  The only downside I can ever find it to T-15 is it's gun, which shoots peas, but I have taken on as large as a Wolverine and won 1V1, and it's able to to pester KV's and T1 Heavies just fine.  AT it's own tier the T-15 is a little beastie that bounces quite a bit and the gun does well enough, 3-5 kills is easy in those matches.

So
Best part: Everything but the gun's damage
Worse Part: Gun's damage

.....I really can't think of anything bad about the T-15.....

Dont use different crews.you can put your Luchs crew in the t15! Dont have to retrain them or anything! Prem tanks are cool like that.

Seems to bleed speed rather hard on turns, so you cannot aggressively scout. Your best bet in this is to train your crew on camo and rely on your view range and insane radio range (insane in comparison to tier).

The T-15's only real advantage is its excellent view range, which exceeds that of many of the tier 4 lights.

T-15 stops on a dime though. Can be effective in causing a shot fired at you to hit in front of you as they have to lead a good deal to hit you at full speed.
