Sick of being rolled because some arty players are not in tune with the music.
^^^This. But, in my experience (well over 1500 battles in arty from tiers 2 thru 7), more often than not it is NOT arty's fault. Most arty players just 'get it'. Many specificially and self-proclaimed non-arty players and specifically arty haters just don't get the value of arty, the difficulties of playing arty (I often hear "laser-guided shells" ... what crap!), and the simple sheer value of protecting arty.

And the massive problem here is the fact that the people that really need to learn this, don't even know WoT HAS forums

tried to play with bison it sucked so i only use light medium and anti tanks
So running with this thought process, how did you possibly get past any of the tier 1 tanks?
Ah, I see that you gave the Bison all of 4 games before you decided that "it sucked". Excellent. Do you choose your friends that way too?
Suggestion from a veteran player, and a veteran of life (not military, just someone who has lived for a long time:
Give things a chance. First appearances tend to suck, but oftentimes those appearances get much better as you learn to
understand them. All stock tanks in WOT suck. You should know that by now. The Bison was actually a fun little tank to run. So give it a chance. And give your friends a chance too.
