Strange things can be revealed by applying a uniform skin to a tank.
In this case it seems that there are 3 "My Little Pony" images on the T-14's mesh
found the cause ---

the silly gold skin simply highlights what's already there
I know you are not believing this, but try for yourself
put a (uniform) monotone skin on this tank and see the ponies
second edit -- come to think of it, this could come from the alpha --- but if that is where is comes from . . .
things get a bit sinister --- the skin used was "gold washed" from the stock asset skin for the Lowe
