Let us choose who gets the accelerated tra...

Random thought as I was pondering crew skills and whatnot today - as of right now, the little indicator arrow shows you which crewman has the least XP, so the game is automatically giving him the bonus...

But what if we'd prefer for someone else to get the bonus?  Could we get an option to pick one or two guys to always get the bonus?

I know that I don't really care too much if my Arty drivers train up quicker, especially if the gunner or loader could be getting the bonus in his place!
Or training the driver/commander instead of the gunner in a light scout that never stops long enough to aim?
And what about getting your loader's 98% Safe Stowage (or whatever) perk maxed and finally working instead of adding a tiny bit to some other guy's already functional Camo/Repair skill??

So, thoughts?  Seems like a handy option to have, and it shouldn't be too difficult to implement, either.

I think its fine the way it is, after all it IS a bonus, you shouldnt be picky when you get a bonus..

Yeah but as the "training supervisor" I should be able to decide who needs the training the most and in what areas...:) I think it would be a nice option if you want it.

Since I want my crews to be realtively even, I would always be choosing the lowest guy, which is what happens now.  Making me choose would have me moving it every match, instead of being done automatically.  Just fine as is, IMO.

You can do this manually, though it's a bit hard.

First, get a crew to the level that you want the super-trained crew member at.  Then, drop the crew member corresponding to the one that you want trained up.  Put him on the tank.  Now, you have a well-trained crew -1 member, and one complete noob.  Since he'll be at the bottom until you reach whatever percent the original crew was, he gets the bonus exp.  However, this presumes that you're using a tank to grind crews, and it takes a lot of effort and planning.

That's not exactly socialist, now is it?

Remember... we're all created equal -

But some of us are "More equal than others..."

Not really thinking of using it for THAT long, though you could.  It would be an optional thing - turn on advanced training and it's the same as the current system.  Have a separate button for the "detailed" mode, accessible after you turn on advanced training and completely inactive until you turn it on for that specific tank.
