Bought three T-127'S in the morning; and then when I felt the need for a second pair of optics for another tank, I purchased another T-127 later that night.

Paypal authorized payment but I did not recieve the goods. I did make out a ticket though.

Anyone else have and issues with the Gift Shop. Its only $3.99 so I'm not gonna get bent about it and I was able to dismount my optics to use on other tanks.

Although, I feel a deserve a pair of optics for the hassle of having to keep checking back and forth from my accounts. The triples given last night made the pain a lot easier though and thanks for those WOT.

You should find a notification from  paypal saying the money will be/has been returned. Had the same happen to me.

look in your paypal account under recent transactions.

Yep!!

The tranaction was cancelled. Seller returned the money.

Does this mean they are not allowing us to buy multiple tanks anymore?

I had a similar problem simply buying gold.  Paypal authorized the payment but Playspan cancelled the transaction.  I made out a ticket and customer service did something so that I had to try it again and it worked the second time.  (And as the original transaction was cancelled, I didn't lose that money either).

But now it's happened again from the Gift Shop on the SEA server.  I thought I'd buy a Type 59 tank, garage space, and 1000 gold, but while Paypal said okay, I never got the stuff.  Made out another ticket, but if I have to re-do it again, I simply won't bother.

I'm sorry W.o.T., but Playspan is keeping you from getting my money.  I'll simply do as many others do and play for free from now on.  If it's such a hassle to get you to take my money, I'll keep it and spend it on something else.

I have this problem as well, ordered 4 T14 packs, 2 T127 packs and a T15 pack, I have received no goods, e-mail notification or anything under the my gifts tab! That was 2 days ago, Ive submitted a ticket and made a thread like this, but still nothing

Thanks guys.

A bit of a hassel to keep writing out tickets - checking paypal etc. Coud better spend the time in battle earning the credits I was after.

I'll keep my money for now and earn the optics in battle. They have some issues to iron out before I'll make another purchase.
